Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). 2 showers/WC, hydro massage bath. Terrace 4 m2, roofed. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only. 813-190607

Single-family house, built in 1985. 50 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 7'400 m2. Terrace (70 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 6.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Alles vorhanden, was man für 6 Personen braucht. Schlafzimmer ziemlich klein mit wenig Platz für Kleidung, wir kamen aber damit zurecht. Grundstück super. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus ist gemütlich, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen ( wie beschrieben)! Es ist ruhig, aber dennoch ist neben dem Grundstück ein Parkplatz und Toilettenhäuschen,wo immer was los ist! Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, deshalb läuft der ein oder andere hinten mal über die Wiese! Störte aber nicht weiter! Die Betten im Haus sind aber definitiv nicht für mehr als 3-4 Erwachsene!

Das Haus ist gemütlich, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist top, man ist direkt am Strand. Für Eltern mit Kindern ist das optimal. Das Grundstück ist groß, offen, ohne Bepflanzung und somit für jeden zugänglich. Der direkt angrenzende Parkplatz hat uns nicht gestört. Er stellt keine Geräuschkulisse dar und man hat immer was zu sehen.

Ein schönes Haus. Keine Babys oder kleinkinder auf dem Boden krabbeln lassen. Auch ohne Hausschuhe nicht! Es gibt Holzsplitter in den Füßen und Beinen.

Schönes Haus.Mäuseplage!Haus schlecht sauber gemacht.Betten in einem Schlafzimmer durchgelesen.Wasserkocher war kaputt. Der neue stank die ganze Zeit nach Plastik und das Wasser schmeckte auch danach. Waschmaschine lief aus.Wurde sofort versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Mäuseplage blieb.Jeden Tag neue Mäuseködel!

Ein tolles Haus für die Famili... Florian S.

Ein tolles Haus für die Familie! Die Nähe zum Strand - einfach ein Traum. Leider hat das Haus hier und da seine „Alterserscheinungen“. Die Betten im vorderen Schlafzimmer sind leider extrem durch und Knarzen bei jeder Bewegung - die Matratzen haben es auch hinter sich. Beides sollte ersetzt werden. Dafür ist das Haus Selbst gut geschnitten, die Offene Küche mit „Bar“ ist toll. Das Grundstück weitläufig und gepflegt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Fint turterreng i begge retninger, greit og solfylt hus. Godt med varmepumpe. Betjening av tv var komplisert, men vi fikk den hjelpen vi trengte fra Sol og Strand og eier. Savnet husgeråd, som krydder, sukker og mel, samt plastposer, svært lite toalettpapir da vi kom.
