Single-family house, built in 1967. 75 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 5'000 m2. Terrace (65 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Seit 25 Jahren fahren wir nach...

Seit 25 Jahren fahren wir nach Lyngsaa. Auch dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Inzwischen sind einige Dinge in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert bzw. neu angeschafft werden, aber das deshalb war der Urlaub nicht weniger schön.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Ur...

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Leider ist die Dusche längst in die Jahre gekommen und müsste erneuert werden. Die Matratzen sowie die Couch sind sehr durchgelegen bzw. durchgesessen und müssten ebenfalls erneuert werden. Ansonsten jederzeit wieder, die Lage ist einmalig.

Wir haben wieder einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. Seit 24 Jahren kommen wir nach Lyngsaa und wir lieben die Ruhe, den Strand und die Umgebung. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll und die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Meer ganz wunderbar. Im Haus muss einiges getan werden, aber deswegen waren die zwei Wochen Urlaub nicht weniger schön. Wir werden wieder nach Lyngsaa kommen.

Wir konnten die gute Lage und Nähe zum Strand voll genießen waren bei jedem Wetter fast den ganzen Tag draußen. Das Sologstrandteam ist Spitze, wir wurden sofort mit frischen Kissen und einem neuen Sonnenschirm versorgt. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen gut ausgestattet .Die Matratzen ,Sofa und Sessel und Teppiche im Wohnzimmer,Linoleum in Küche und Bad müssen ausgetauscht werden.Ebenso die Steppdecken.Wir nehmen auf Reisen eigene Quilts und Sommerdecken für Sofa und Betten mit, finden das hygienischer. Am Strand waren wir täglich,mit dem mitgebrachten Windschutz und zwei Sonnenschirmen vom Haus waren wir top ausgestattet.In Saeby kann man nett bummeln und und im Bistro am Hafen lecker essen,aber vor bestellen. Der beste Supermarkt mit frischen Sachen ist Meny.Wir kommen wieder nach Lyngsastrand.

Wir haben super 3 Wochen verbracht. Schönes Haus, waren schon 2 x drei Wochen dort. Neue Waschmaschine. Die Küche funktioniert, ist aber sehr erneuerungsbedürftig. Der e- Herd ist langsam gefährlich. Die linke vordere Platte läßt sich nicht mehr regulieren. Entweder aus oder sie wir rot glühend. Wir wollen 2024 wieder kommen für 3 Wochen, ist aber leider noch nicht buchbar.

Hallo, Wir waren schon paar mal in diesem Haus!Uns gefällt es immer Super! Leider mußten wir ein Eimer zum Putzen des Hauses im Gerätehaus/Gästehaus suchen!Ein Metalleimer für die Asche des Ofens wäre auch schön! Vielen Dank,jederzeit gerne wieder! Mfg Thomas Wolter
