Single-family house, built in 2001. 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 1'200 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (70 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wie hatten eine wunderschöne Herbstwoche in diesem tollen Haus. Auch wenn wir eigentlich immer an die Nordseeseite fahren, hat uns dieses Mal die Ostseeseite auch aehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Durch die liebevolle, saubere Einrichtung haben wir uns uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unsere 2 Hunde sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir würden gern irgendwann im Sommer mal wiederkommen und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach abe...

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es funktioniert alles und zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Fußmarsch. Die Besitzer personalisieren das Haus und das ist irgendwie toll. Keine anonyme Nummer sondern wie zu Besuch bei Freunden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und das tolle Haus. Die Ankunft und Abreise ist etwas anonym. Aber besser als kilometerweit zu Sonne und Strand zu fahren.Daher 3 Sterne für Sonne und Strand.

Dejligt hus - her mangler intet hverken til terrassen eller i køkkenet. Dejligt og roligt område, skøn natur. Perfekt hus at have hund med i pga den lukkede grund.

Det dejligste sommerhus med masser af plads og alt, hvad man kan ønske sig af bekvemmeligheder, både inde og ude👍Og der var stille og roligt omkring os.Den fine strand er tæt på og der blev spadseret nogle gange til vandet. Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund, der die Freiheit auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück genossen hat. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind kürzlich erweitert worden und dadurch schön geräumig. Das Haus ist angenehm sauber und gepflegt.
