Single-family house, built in 2007. 1.4 km from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 7'097 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sæby

Small, picturesque town with 8'900 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, on a river, 15 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Sæby Glaspusteri 500 m.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Sports harbour. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Virkelig et fint sommerhus, ligger dejlig ugenert på en skøn grund, og med en stor dejlig træterrasse. Der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge både indendørs og udendørs, og med en dejlig sandstrand tæt på. Vi havde en dejlig ferie.
