Cosy resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 7 km from the sea, in an idyllic position, 41 km north-west from Thisted, 51 km north-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Fjerritslev Brewery, The North Sea Oceanarium Hirtshals 90 km, Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 40 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Kollerup strand 7 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 8 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Der Urlaub war toll. Leider hat die im Haus befindliche Whirlpool Badewanne nicht ihren Zweck erfüllt. Dafür gibt es 1 Stern Abzug.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut au... Ralf B.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Wenn man Ruhe brauch ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben, der Fussweg zu Strand ist nicht allzu weit und in gut 10min zu Fuss sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider hat dieser nicht so unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, er ist sehr steinig und somit für Spaziergänge nicht so ganz optimal geeignet. Wenn man Deutsches TV sehen möchte, ist man auf 4 Sender begrenzt (ARD,ZDF, 3Sat und RTL)
