Single-family house, built in 2016. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'085 m2. Terrace (100 m2), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 500 m. Golf course 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Løkken

In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea. Small, cosy fishing village with 1'600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 50 km north-west from Ålborg, 80 km south-east from Skagen. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Løkken Bolcheriet.

Sandy beach, 5 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 500 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Sehr gute Lage, mit kleinen Kindern (5 & 2 Jahre) fußläufig zum Strand und in die Stadt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Fornøyd med huset. Kort vei til sentrum og strand. Tidligere så lå det en campingplass rett over veien. Men den campingplassen er nå borte. Vi synes det var synd da det hadde skapt litt mer liv rundt huset. Andre synes kanskje det er bra. Ellers alt tipp topp.

alte Möbel und Garage wo alle Gartensachen drinstehen > Unaufgeräumt. Gasgrill mussten wir erst mal Grundreinigen.

Gegenüber liegt wirklich der Campingplatz und da kann ich mir vorstellen, dass da im Sommer viel los ist. Auf der anderen Seite bin ich im Sommer auch viel am Strand ;-) Im Herbst war der Campingplatz nicht mehr besetzt. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert worden, das Mobiliar würde allerdings übernommen, geht alles, sieht aber sehr zusammen gesucht aus. Die Betten waren Klasse, der Wintergarten ein angenehmer Ort (auch wenn alles knackt und knirscht). Dann war sogar noch ein grosser GasGrill dabei, den haben wir aber nicht weiter angeschaut. Ein schönes Haus mit guter fussläufiger Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Innenstadt.

Dafür, dass das Ferienhaus ziemlich neu (2016) ist, ist es ungemütlich und mit alten zusammengewürfelten Möbeln eingerichtet. Man hatte das Gefühl, alles, was nicht mehr gebraucht wurde, kam ins Haus. Der Wintergarten hat keine einzige Jalousie und man sitzt auf dem Presentierteller, da es weder Sichtschutz noch Zaun etc. gibt. Auf den Terrassen verhält es sich ebenso. Man schaut auf Baugebiet. Die Fußgänger können einem quasi auf den Tisch gucken. Bäder und Schlafräume waren dafür in Ordnung.
