Single-family house, built in 2020. 1.6 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'700 m2. Terrace (30 m2), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Saltum

Small resort with 700 inhabitants, in the centre 6 km from the sea, 33 km north-west from Ålborg, 85 km north-east from Thisted. In Brønderslev 17 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 4 km, Action House Funcenter Løkken 12 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Saltum Strand 6 km. Sandy beach, 5 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Summer sports 5 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Wir durften bestem Herbstwetter ( Sturm ) eine schöne Woche verbringen in einem Haus, das fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es fehlt für die Gemütlichkeit und das kalte Wetter ein Kamin. Außerdem sollte über den Wechsel der Matratzen nachgedacht werden. Ansonsten ein toll ausgestattetes Haus… ach ja, ein größerer Topf wäre super. Meckern auf hohem Niveau…

Det var vores andet ophold i dette dejlige nyere og velfungerende sommerhus. Sommerhuset er beliggende i et roligt sommerhusområde med forholdsvis kort afstand til både Løkken og Blokhus.

Dejlig ferie kombineret med familiebesøg. Ovnen er meget meget svær at betjene - for ikke at sige umulig. Den bør udskiftes. Godt isoleret hus med godt indeklima

Dejligt nyt, lyst og velfungerende sommerhus med god plads både inde og ude. Hurtig og ubesværet ind og udtjekning i forbindelse med afhentning/aflevering af nøgle.

Vi holdte ferie i huset i uge 8 og vi oplevede det, som et fantastisk sommerhus beliggende i et flot naturområde og i gåafstand til stranden. Rigtig lækkert og nyt sommerhus i god kvalitet, som er stort og rummeligt og hvor alt bare virker perfekt! Vi var især glade for den store grund vi kunne boltre os på, opholdsrummet og at soveafdelingerne var delt op i hver sin ende af huset.
