Single-family house, built in 1997. 700 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'534 m2. Barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 2.5 km. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Saltum

Small resort with 700 inhabitants, in the centre 6 km from the sea, 33 km north-west from Ålborg, 85 km north-east from Thisted. In Brønderslev 17 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 4 km, Action House Funcenter Løkken 12 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Saltum Strand 6 km. Sandy beach, 5 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Summer sports 5 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Ein etwas is die Jahre gekommenen Ferienhaus, aber trotzdem schön. Bei unserer Ankunft war an der Sauberkeit nichts auszusetzen. Minuspunkt nur für die Kissen und Bettdecken. Müssten dringend ersetzt oder gewaschen werden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und der Strand über Dünenberge schnell erreichbar.

Leider befindet sich das Ferie...

Leider befindet sich das Ferienhaus in keinem guten Zustand. Die Duschen weisen Stockflecken auf, die Dielen der Terrasse biegen sich durch, die Küchenutensilien sind stark abgenutzt. Hinzu kommt, dass das Haus generell sehr schmutzig war. Die Lage des Hauses ist dafür sehr schön, man ist schnell auf den umliegenden Wanderwegen und über den Sti 24 zügig am Meer. Die Wohngegend ist nicht überfüllt, sodass man auch am Haus die Ruhe genießen kann.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, es hat...

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, es hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider müssen wir 1 Punkt abziehen, da es keinen Staubsauger, keinen Handfeger und keinen Wischer gab. Wir haben uns dann einen Handfeger gekauft, damit wir sauber machen konnten. Die Kissen und Matratzenschoner waren sehr schmutzig und müssen dringend erneuert werden. Auch die Sessel waren sehr fleckig.

Lieber Feriengast alle die genannten Dinge befinden sich im Haus. Bei der Sauna gibt es noch einen weiteren Raum, wo sich alles befindet. Die Matratzenschoner wird der Besitzer erneuern. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Mit freundlichen Grüssen Sonne und Strand.
