Location Description Thisted

Small, busy town with 13'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 95 km south-west from Ålborg, 180 km south-west from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Thisted Brewery, Isbjerg, Nationalpark Thy 15 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 18 hole 16 km. Minigolf. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Dejligt sted i dejlig by. Rigtig godt sommerhus til den lille familie (et par eller en familie med max to børn). Dejlig grund og god placering. Vi nød vores ophold til fulde og manglede intet :-)

Skønt lille hus, hvor vi nød e... Li Bjørnskov F.

Skønt lille hus, hvor vi nød en uges efterårsferie. Enkelt og indbydende indrettet og helt perfekt til vores lille familie på tre og endda med plads til overnattende bedsteforældre i to nætter, uden at vi sad lårerne af hinanden, på trods af at vejret mest var til indendørsaktiviteter. Vorupør er skøn!
