Single-family house, built in 2018. 750 m from the sea. Private: property 1'201 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 250 m. Golf course 6.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

In the south of Sealand you can experience the impressive cliff Stevns Klint. The sea Kattegat and the inlet Isefjord offer the most varying landscapes. Here you will find the best beaches, distinctive moraine formations, the level and dyked inlet Lammefjord, woods and much more.

Wir waren zu fünft in diesem Haus, hatten weder Platzprobleme, noch Langeweile. Die Ruhe tat richtig gut, obwohl es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen, Strand und die nahe gelegene Stadt war. Das Haus bietet alles und noch vieles mehr. Ich würde jederzeit wieder zurück kommen. Einziger Nachteil, die Zeit verging viel zu schnell.

Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferieuge med vores voksne børn. Skønt hus hvor man virkelig føler sig godt tilpas, vi sagde flere gange - sikke et dejligt sommerhus både inde og ude. Eneste endnu bedre hvis, vil være hvis der kunne være lidt flere glas, bestik og tallerkner, idet der skal ofte vaskes op når man er 5-6 personer i huset.

Dieses Ferienhaus können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Super sauber und gepflegt. Alle Elektrogeräte sind Markengeräte (hier Siemens) und funktionieren einwandfrei. Es war alles da … wie zu Hause. Die Räume sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Die Betten in allen 3 Zimmern waren bequem. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und konnten auf den Terrassen und unter dem (vermutlich neuen)Sonnenschirm wunderbar frühstücken oder am Abend grillen. Es gibt einen Gasgrill von Weber der ebenfalls gepflegt ist und funktioniert (ich erwähne das, weil wir schon andere Erfahrungen sammeln mussten.) Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten mit Kirschbaum. Es kreuzt manchmal am Abend ein Fuchs das Grundstück. Es herrscht wirklich Ruhe. Supermärkte sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und schließen nicht aus, dass wir wiederkommen.

Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Terrasse den ganzen Tag über Sonne . Die Bilder entsprechen völlig der Realität. Guter Standort für Besichtigungen und (Fahrrad-) Unternehmungen auf Seeland. Lebensmittel um 'die Ecke'. Generell waren während unserer Urlaubszeit im September wenige Urlauber unterwegs, so dass auch nicht jedes Geschäft geöffnet hatte. Wunderbare Nebensaison!
