Single-family house, built in 1967. 1.1 km from the sea. Private: property 897 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 625 m. Golf course 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Schöner Garten mit Grill, gut ...

Schöner Garten mit Grill, gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider sehr schlecht isoliert und bei starkem Regen dringt Wasser ein. Für die Personen Anzahl ein vollkommen unzureichender Sanitärbereich (kann man nicht als Bad bezeichnen). Gäste, die im Nebengebäude schlafen, müssen nachts und bei Wind und Wetter durch den Garten laufen. Das Haus riecht muffig/ moderig. Es ist eher als Gartenlaube denn als Sommerhaus zu bezeichnen.

Ich war sehr zufrieden und wir hatten eine wunderbare Familienzeit in ihrem Ferienhaus/hütte. Ich empfehle es jeder Familie. Besonders angetan war ich von dem Hütten-Charakter, der ruhigen Lage mit großen Garten, den mitzubenutzen Fahrrädern (damit sind wir gut in den Ort und zum Strand gekommen) und die gute Anbindung mit Zug/Bus, um Ausflüge nach Schweden und Kopenhagen vorzunehmen (natürlich auch den schönen Stränden, die ja aber überall in Dänemark toll sind). Ich habe nur deswegen angekreuzt, dass ich nicht noch einmal dasselbe Haus und Gegend kommen würde, weil ich gern jedes Jahr woanders hinreise. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass ich in ein paar Jahren noch einmal Dänemark besuche - dann aber sicherlich woanders, um etwas Neues zu entdecken. Das liegt gar nicht an ihren Bedingungen vor Ort.

Huset er mere et kolonihavehus, hvor der er lavet minimum 2 tilbygninger af mindre god kvalitet. Der er meget lavt til loftet, så hvis man er over 1.78 skal man dukke hovedet for ikke at støde på flere steder. Badeværelset er ikke særligt indbydende, og derudover er der placeret en varmtvandsbeholder lige foran toilettet, hvilket giver nogle pladsmæssige udfordringer. Terrassen og haven er ikke særligt velholdt, hvilket bl.a. illustreres ved at der ligger bunker med grene i haven. Der er tre trin op til de forskellige indgangsdøre til huset, som er sat af sammen af træ europaller, man skal passe på ikke at falde, da de har det med at rykke sig. Rengøring ved indflytning var heller ikke tilfredstillende, da gulvet helt sikkert ikke har været vasket i lang tid. Udsugning i badeværelset var helt fyldt med spindelvæv, ligesom gulvet under i soveværelset ikke har set en støvsuger.
