Single-family house, built in 1965. 400 m from the sea. Private: property 1'060 m2, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, terrace (25 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Haderslev

Picturesque, medieval town with 22'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 10 km from the sea, on a river, 58 km south-west from Fredericia, 130 km south-west from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre at 13 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Castle Town Gram 33 km, Givskud Safari Park 70 km, Universe Science Park Danfoss 87 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby. Access: car ferry Aarøsund Havn - Aarø 15 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Kelstrup strand 10 km. Sandy beach, 450 m long, up to 10 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Summer sports 2 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole 4 km. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhau...

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sauberkeit top. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Klein aber fein, wir waren angenehm Überrascht ! Ferienhaus mit 6 Personen, hat alles was es braucht einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen! Sehr sauber und gepflegt, überdachte Terrasse, Wintergarten mit elektrischem Kamin, Outdoorterrasse mit Gasgrill, Whirlpool und Aussendusche, alles im Garten hinterm Haus zum relaxen. Zum Strand keine 10 Min, der Hund war begeistert. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100 % !!

Das Ferienhaus haben wir in einem super sauberen Zustand bezogen. Es fehlte an nichts, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem drum und dran. Die Siedlung ist sehr ruhig, unweit vom Strand gelegen. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100 % weiter!

Vi har haft en skøn ferie og kommer gerne igen! Rigtig dejligt og familievenligt hus i skønne omgivelser. Huset (og køkkenet) er godt indrettet, fuldt udstyret og giver mange muligheder. De mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude gør, at huset virker meget større end det er :-)

Wir (53 und 24 J.) haben einen erholsamen Mutter-Tochter-Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, der Strand sieht jeden Tag anders aus, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Außenbereich mit vielfältigen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sowie Außendusche. Wir haben in Diernaes eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Von außen sehr schönes Haus mit div. Terrassen. In Strandnähe (max. 10 Min. zu Fuß) gelegen. Leider setzt sich der äußere Eindruck innen nicht fort! Die Küche ist sehr klein. Das Wohn-Esszimmer passt wiederum aus meiner Sicht. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr klein und aus unserer Sicht renovierungsbedürftig. Gleiches gilt für das Badezimmer. Auch die Sauberkeit hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Meine Frau hat erstmal alles, insbesondere Küche und Bad, nachgeputzt! Die Betten waren recht unbequem (individuelle Ansicht). Schade. Haben unsere Urlaub nach knapp über einer Woche abgebrochen. :-(

Kleines, aber sehr hübsches, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht! Nicht so steril wie viele neugebaute, moderne ‚Kastenhäuser', wir lieben es! Das Grundstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Strand ist nur 3 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Der nä Supermarkt (3,5 km) ist klein aber mit allem ausgestattet. Größere Märkte in 12 km Entfernung. Die Städchen Abenraa und Haderslev in der Nähe sind sehr hübsch. Selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Esbjerg (Nordseeseite) und Ribe ist von diesem Standort möglich. Absolute Empfehlung

Bei der Reinigung durch den Service könnte doch etwas mehr Sorgfalt gelegt werden. Wurde durch die nachfolgende Kontrolle beseitigt. Ein neuer Staubsauger fürs Haus oder zumindest die Saugbürste sollten erneuert werden.
