Single-family house, built in 1995. 50 m from the sea. Private: property 460 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Haderslev

Picturesque, medieval town with 22'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region 10 km from the sea, on a river, 58 km south-west from Fredericia, 130 km south-west from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre at 13 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Castle Town Gram 33 km, Givskud Safari Park 70 km, Universe Science Park Danfoss 87 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby. Access: car ferry Aarøsund Havn - Aarø 15 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Kelstrup strand 10 km. Sandy beach, 450 m long, up to 10 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 10 km from the resort. Summer sports 2 - 10 km. Golf course 18 hole 4 km. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nahe am Wasser. Alles war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Prachtig huisje, mooi uitzicht. Hadden alleen gehoopt op meer wandelmogelijkheden. Maar we hebben genoten, het was goed zo.

Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in Dänemark/Südjütland. Tolle Gegend an der Ostsee.. gerade für Familien mit Kindern. Viel Natur! Perfekt für: Radfahrer, Wassersportler aber auch zum Baden und Wandern. Das Grundstück ist klein aber gepflegt und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht. Vor allem von der großen Terrasse. Das Haus hatte für 3 Personen genug Platz und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Haus an unserem Anreisetag zu wünschen übrig! Vereinzelt stand verschmutztes Geschirr und Töpfe in den Schränken. Beide Matratzen im kleinen Schlafzimmer waren fleckig und im Kühlschrank war Schimmel! Es wurde aber trotzdem noch ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren über Silvester mit unserem Hund dort. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es waren entspannte Tage mit schönen Spaziergängen in der Umgebung und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht.

Süßes gemütliches Haus. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Einzig der Staubsauger könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen. Im Winter ist es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig und die Aktivitäten dadurch sehr eingeschränkt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, ein super eingerichtetes Haus für 2 Personen. Die Lage vom Haus ist Spitze mit Blick auf das Wasser. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schön ausgestattetes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Strand direkt vor der Tür und super schöne Umgebung. Standup etc. unbedingt einpacken. Beim Wandern muss man etwas kreativ sein. Wir und der Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend, man benötigt nur noch die eigenen Bettbezüge und Handtücher von Sonnenschirm bis Strandliege ist alles vorhanden.

Das Haus und das Grundstück war sehr schön es wäre aber besser gewesen wenn das Grundstück für Hunde abgezäunt wäre da es sehr dicht an der Straße liegt
