Studio 1 room with with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 9 m2, roofed. Conservatory. Single-family house, built in 1983. 450 m from the sea. Private: property 830 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (12 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Bei gutem Wetter eine schöne Gegend für einen Familien Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem geräumige... Maria K.

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Holzhaus sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber, sehr nett eingerichtet, nicht mit zu viel Schnickschnack. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles ist da, was man zu kochen braucht. Nur die Pfannen waren etwas ruiniert. Auf einer der zwei Terrassen konnte man immer dem Wind entgehen und die Glasveranda war ein großes Glück für unsere 4 Sturm- und Regentage. Der Strand ist herrlich zum Baden und Wassertreten. Mit unseren E-bikes konnten wir auch die hügelige Umgebung oft mit Gegenwind sehr gut erkunden. Und für Aarhus sollte man sich auch genügend Zeit nehmen - eine schöne Stadt! Auch Silkeborg ist sehr nett. Obwohl das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt habt, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben, können wir das Haus und die Gegend sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus war wie immer sehr sauber, lediglich ein paar Ameisen im Küchenbereich, die aber schnell beseitigt werden konnten. Leider war nur ein Geschirrspültab und keine Müllbeutel für den Restmüll vorhanden. Dies war bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt besser. Da wir bei unserem aktuellen Aufenthalt mit sehr sonnigem Wetter beschenkt wurden, hätten wir uns über den Zugriff auf die Liegestühle gefreut. Diese waren aber leider noch weggeschlossen.

Das Haus ist nahezu komplett eingerichtet. Überall ist Holzfußboden, teilweise liegen Teppiche. Das Haus verfügt über ein "Elternschlafzimmer" mit Doppelbett, sowie einem Zimmer mit Etagenbett. In einem kleinen Gartenhaus stehen noch einmal zwei Betten zur Verfügung. Die kleinere Terrasse ist überdacht und reicht für 2 Personen. Die größere Terrasse, die von Küche und Wohnzimmer erreichbar ist, ist leider nicht überdacht. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit diversen Büschen eingewachsen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het huis is groot, en er is alles aanwezig wat men nodig heeft. Het huis wordt schoon afgeleverd en natuurlijk verwacht men dat je het huis ook netjes achter laat. De afgifte van de sleutel is geweldig. Wij hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad en zullen zeker dit huis weer huren als wij naar Denemarken gaan.

Vakantihuis is schoon en ruim, je kunt er goed verblijven, tevens is de stad Odder ook dichtbij. Zelf hebben wij geen negatieve gebreken ondervonden. Ik zou het zeker aan mijn vrienden en anderen adviseren.
