Single-family house, built in 2011. 500 m from the sea. Private: property 1'100 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. E-charging station. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Das Haus war sehr schön und sa...

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Für 8 Personenen ok. Die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern sind viel zu klein. Teilweise ist nicht einmal ein Einlegeboden vorhanden. Ein Besen wäre auch schön gewesen, um für die Frühstückskrümel nicht immer den schweren Staubsauger holen zu müssen. Die Leistung der Herdplatten ist sehr schwach. 15-20 min bis das Wasser für die Eier kocht. Leider war der Abstand zum Strand nicht wie beschrieben 500m sondern 1200!m.

Huset i sig selv er godt, men trænger til lidt opgradering. Beliggenheden er super, nær ved strand og marker med et rigt dyreliv.

Das 5. Schlafzimmer ist ein Sc... Nicolai K.

Das 5. Schlafzimmer ist ein Schlafboden, der für Erwachsene viel zu niedrig ist. Die dortigen Matrazen gehören entsorgt (Da wurden Tiere drauf ausgeweidet...). Im März gab es keine (gar keine) Gartenmöbel (lt. Aussage Sonne & Strand "keine Saison"). Der Supermarkt in der Nähe hatte nichts, war aber offen (auch "keine Saison")?! Die Decken auf der Couch waren voller Tierhaare. Die Schränke in der Schlafzimmern waren ohne Kleiderstangen und hatten 1 (EIN) Fach. Die Schlafzimmer selber waren so klein, dass eine Person über den anderen klettern mußte, um auf die eigene Bettseite zu kommen. Dafür hatten die 4 Schlafzimmer alle eine Tür nach draußen. Die Küche war komplett und mehr als reichhaltig ausgestattet. Die Lage und das Grundstück mit der Terassenaussicht (wenn man denn einen Stuhl mit raus genommen hat) ist genial.

Das Wetter war hervorragend. Skovmose ist ein Ferienort zum entschleunigen. Das Ferienhaus entspricht allerdings nicht im Preis - / Leistungsverhältnis. Der Whirlpool ist vom Pflegezustand grenzwertig. Auch zu einer anderen Jahreszeit hätten wir ihn nicht genutzt. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, da total versifft. Das Trampolin sowie die Spielgeräte sind ebenfalls teilweise defekt oder nicht vollständig ( z.B. Springschutz). Der Poolbillard ist eigentlich ein Witz. Da er ohnehin schon kleiner als normal ist der Raum trotzdem nicht ausreichend, da die Abstände zur Wand nicht Mal einen Meter betragen. Die Queue's waren allesamt ohne Spitzen... insgesamt ist das Haus ohne Seele und wenn man rechtzeitig bucht bekommt jederzeit mehr für deutlich weniger Geld. Wir hatten auf Grund eines Verkaufs umdisponieren müssen. Der Außenbereich ist offen einsehbar und ungepflegt. Fazit...Finger weg und Geld sparen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Jedoch hat das Wohnzimmer nur 2 kleine Fenster und die Schlafzimmer keine extra Fenster zum lüften, man kann nur die Türen öffnen. Das Haus hat auch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl, diese sind in der Beschreibung als nicht vorhanden angegeben - habe es mitgebucht und extra bezahlt, war schade, da nicht nötig. Sonst ist aber alles nötige vorhanden und gut in Schuss.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie sammen med børn og børnebørn. Huset var dejlig lunt, da vi ankom og her mangler bestemt intet. Der er endda TV på alle værelser, hvilket er et stort plus for børnene.
