Single-family house, built in 1963. 800 m from the sea. Private: property 2'500 m2. Terrace (45 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.0 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hvide Sande

Busy fishing village and bathing resort with 3'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 23 km south-west from Ringkøbing. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Lyngvik Lighthouse 5 km, Kids' club Ald'i'leg.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Surfing, water skiing. Minigolf. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Sehr altes Haus, keine Steckdose im Badezimmer, Zugang zum Haus über eine lange und hohe Steintreppe, bei Nässe nicht ungefährlich, ansonsten ok

Der Ausblick ist toll. Das Fer...

Der Ausblick ist toll. Das Ferienhaus hell und freundlich. Aber die Treppe zum Ferienhaus ist zu steil und ohne Geländer. Zudem ist die letzte Stufe kaputt. Im Winter echt gefährlich aufgrund der Rutschgefahr. Ansonsten ist es ein gemütliches und funktional eingerichtet Haus.

Es ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick über die Dünen und Heidelandschaft. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer hat große Fenster mit wunderbaren Ausblicken. Die Einrichtung ist hell und gemütlich. Für zwei Personen ist das Ferienhaus perfekt geeignet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Bad ist eher eine Nasszelle. Das ist nicht weiter störend, doch sind auch die Armaturen schon etwas abgenutzt. In den Drehreglern der Dusche haben sich grüne Algen festgesetzt. Das sollte einmal ausgetauscht werden. Zudem ist der Stil der Fliesen sehr altbacken und passt nicht gut zum modernen hellen Rest des Hauses.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, hell und freundlich aber etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt als andere Häuser in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter, was aber auch den Charme des Hauses ausmacht. Wer das weiß wird nicht enttäuscht.

Die Anreise ist unkompliziert, wenn das Büro geschlossen hat, gibt es den Schlüssel aus dem Tresor. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus, man kann es sich dort schon gemütlich machen. Allerdings ist das Haus und auch die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad sollte mal saniert werden, auch das Kücheninventar ist etwas abgenutzt, einige Utensilien sucht man vergeblich. Insgesamt hat man nicht viel Platz in dem Haus, aber da wir nur zu zweit waren, war es für uns in Ordnung. Da das Haus auf einer Düne liegt, muss man mit stärkerem Wind auf der Terrasse rechnen, wir konnten an einigen Tagen leider nicht gut draußen sitzen. Dennoch kann man in dem Haus einen gemütlichen Urlaub haben.

Super schönes Gebiet und eine super Aussicht vom Haus.Die Treppe vom Parkplatz zum Haus müsste mehr gepflegt werden und eine Beleuchtung an der Treppe wäre auch schön um die Unfallgefahr zu verringern.

Die Witterungsbedingungen hier draussen sind extrem und nicht vergleichbar mit denen in der Stadt. Es freut uns, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in Danmark.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Tolle Lage auf einem Hügel eingebettet, wovon man den Sonnenaufgang und - Untergang genießen kann. Einzig das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und wirkt gemütlich. Sonnenuntergang ist toll zu sehen. Technisch (TV,...) sehr gut ausgestattet. Zimmer sehr klein. Bad klein, sehr veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus liegt oben auf der Düne (man muss vom Parkplatz) alles hochtragen!!! Das ist unbedingt zu beachten.
