"Ulva" - 400m from the sea", 2-room house 70 m2. Object suitable for 5 adults + 1 child. Living room with TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only. 760-8006

House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1951. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'267 m2. Terrace (100 m2), children's playground. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m. Golf course 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Ein sehr kleines, aber feines Ferienhaus. Dadurch, dass alles frisch renoviert ist, fallen die niedrigen Decken nicht mehr so auf. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (sogar ein Waffeleisen!). Die zweite Etage haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir nur zu zweit waren. Dorthin ist die Treppe auch sehr steil und dieser Bereich wirkt nicht so modern, wie du untere Etage. Schade fanden wir, dass im Bad keine Dusche mit Glaswänden vorhanden ist. Dies ist uns besonders aufgefallen, da der Rest des Hauses sehr modern ist. Der Hotpot und die Sauna im eigenen Garten sind ein Traum! Allerdings stimmt die Anleitung für den Hotpot überhaupt nicht. Wir haben im kälteren Oktober bestimmt 4-6 Stunden alleine für das Aufheizen benötigt. Unbedingt genug Holz dafür einplanen!

Wir haben ein kleines aber fei... Martin H.

Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Ein persönlicher Gruß hat uns die Ankunft versüßt. Das Haus bietet einer Familie mit 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. An das Wohnzimmer schließt sich ein separates (Lese-)Zimmer mit Blick auf den großen Rasen an. Eine etwas steile, gewöhnungsbedürftige Treppe führt zum Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, insbesondere der Duschbereich. Hier sollte der Vorhang gegen eine Duschwand ausgetauscht werden. Im Keller befindet sich die Waschmaschine. Der Keller ist über eine Bodenklappe, was gefährlich ist, zu erreichen. Hier sollte der Vermieter eine stabilere Konstruktion installieren. Die Fasssauna und der Hot Tub stellen ein Highlight dar. Wir bekommen bestimmt wieder.

Virkelig hyggeligt og fint sommerhus i et lækkert område. Gåafstand til strand og by med indkøb. Dejligste ferie!

Das Häuschen ist entzückend, allerdings ist die Treppe nach oben sehr steil. Mit 2 Personen lässt es sich dort gut wohnen. Schön ist, dass die Terrasse eingezäunt ist, sodass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Die Umgebung ist super schön, zu Fuß kann man am Strand bis Sondervig gut laufen und dann dort in der Strandbar verweilen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Das Haus ist klein, aber ideal für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Außensauna, Tür passte nicht und war nicht zu schließen.

Ein wirklich schönes, kleines und sehr gemütliches Haus; sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung (Geschirr etc.) auch sehr gut! Tolle Lage, man ist sehr schnell am Strand und auch im Ortskern. Wir würden das Haus immer weiterempfehlen und sagen "vielen Dank".
