Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Für einen Kurzurlaub von 3-4 Tagen gut geeignet. Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Wohnanlage eher überholungsbedürftig. Für ausgeschriebene 6 Personen zu klein. 3, bzw. höchstens 4 finden gut Platz. Steile Treppe, nichts für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Angebote wie Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, kann somit nicht bewertet werden. Für eine ganze Woche Römö würden wir immer ein richtiges Ferienhaus (Alleinstehend) bevorzugen.

God ferie men besök af myrer og luktede dårligt fra soffan, der var mange pletter på. Ellers var den ok. Herligt område, mange ting at göre. Vi prövede sauna, airhockey og bord tennis. Lidt längre bort var där camping med sjov mini golf bane, lavet med exotiske dyre.

Kære Gæster. Mange tak for jeres tilbagemelding. Desværre meldte I ikke de ting under jeres ophold - vi ville gerne have hjulpet jer. Ejer har dog efterfølgende været ude og behandle for myrer og også tjekket sofaen, som dog kun har en plet og ikke lugter. De vil dog sørge for rensning hurtigst muligt. Vi er dog glade for at I allegevel har haft et godt ophold her på vores dejlige Rømø. Med venlig hilsen Sol og Strand Rømø

Wir hatten das Haus für 6 Tage gemietet. Am 2. Tag sind wir nach Lakolk gefahren und haben einige Sachen bemängelt: Teppiche fleckig, Stühle defekt, Schimmel in der Dusche, durchgesessenes Sofa und kein scharfes Messer. Es wurde zur Kenntnis genommen, aber nichts passierte. Bei der Abreise haben wir die Mängel nochmals angesprochen und sollten es dann per Mail schreiben. Das haben wir erledigt. Daraufhin bekam ich eine Mail, dass wir die Beschwerde hätten vor Ort machen sollen. Mein Mann und ich waren 2 mal im Büro und keiner konnte sich an uns erinnern. Merkwürdig. Hoffentlich wird das Haus mal wieder auf einen guten Standard gebracht. Ansonsten ist die Insel klasse.

December 2022. Danke für Ihre Bewertung, Nach Ihre Abreise haben wir folgende verbesserungen gemacht: Alle Teppiche wurden ersetzt Die Stühle haben neue Polster bekommen Eine neue Brotmesser, Wein- und Tringglässer, und eine neue Staubsauger ist geliefert worden.

Wir wurden von den Servicemitarbeitern im Büro nett begrüsst, alle konnten deutsch. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Dänemark und landestypische Gegebenheiten ( bezüglich Tür und Strom) uns fremd. So mussten wir andere Urlauber fragen, wie die Tür abzuschließen geht! Dazu hatte ich vorher Online keine extra Info gelesen. Leider habe ich im Haus nicht zu jedem Gerät die passenden Schalter gefunden, aber die Techniker waren schnell behilflich. Diesbezüglich wäre ein Infoblatt hilfreich. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Spielplätze, das Sprungkissen und Innen- und Aussenpools waren grosszügig, sauber und gepflegt. Vom Haus aus sind Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih und Hafen schnell erreichbar. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
