This wooden house in village Pekkilä in Sotkamo was completed in 1999. Total floor area 65 m², of which warm area 58 m². Combined living room & kitchen with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, two bedrooms with separate beds for two. Sauna (electric heating), washroom and toilet. Bed and high chair for a baby, if needed. Cottage owners lives on the same yard. Kajaani 38 km, Sotkamo 12 km, Vuokatti ski slope 7 km, cross country track 50 m. Beach 500 m. No pets. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
