Semi-detached apartment Kuksatie 7 A offers compact accommodation in the Luttorinne area, built in 2000. The kitchen-livingroom is equipped with all the necessary utilities for your holiday. The apartment's terrace faces south towards the woods, offering a peaceful place to admire the scenery. The sleeping areas are nicely arranged: the bedroom has two beds and the loft has space for four mattresses. Access to the terrace and loft is via the living room/kitchen. The sauna is a great place to relax after a long day. Total area 70 m² of which 20 m² on the loft. The apartment has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay all year round, such as mechanical ventilation, ceiling and floor heating. Final cleaning, linen and towels are included in the total price of the reservation if booked on or after 8 August 2023. The apartment is equipped with basic kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric kettle, electric iron, ironing board, hairdryer and Smart TV. Guests also have access to two kick-sledges, plastic sleds and ski maintenance rack. There is also a small outdoor storage room for firewood. In winter and autumn, one sack of firewood is included. During the summer firewood is not included in the price. Walking route from Laanila to Saariselkä center runs beside the apartment, distance about 2 km.
