Magnificent apartment in a semi-detached house on the South Slope, near the popular ski slopes. From the large windows on the second floor opens a great view of Lapland's nature. There are a separate dressing room, washroom/toilet and a spacious sauna. On the second floor, a kitchen with high ceilings, a living room, 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. On this floor there is also another bathroom with shower cabin and WC. A small covered balcony with access from the living area. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. The apartment has televisions in the fireplace room, living room and bedroom. The atmosphere is created by two fireplaces, one in the fireplace room and the other in the living room. The apartment is equipped with an air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer. South Point lift station 800 m, West Point 1 km. Gondola-style ski lift 3 km. Ski bus stop 300 m.
