40 km north-east of Hämeenlinna, lake Iso-Roinevesi 30 m (length 7 km, breadth 5 km), shallow water, hard sand bottom, own boat. Log cabin 1994, kitchen, living room, sleeping loft (sloping ceilings, low room height, steep stairs) 4 beds and wide mattress for 2 persons and crib, dressing room, sauna (wooden heated), shower in sauna, open veranda. In summer outbuilding with 2 beds (as alternative beds). By a separate agreement possibility to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. It would be good to book it well in advance in order to make sure that the tub is available. In the cottage there is a air source heat pump. The plot is mainly in a natural state. Near the village some of the farms are still working. Fishing license from the owner. Electric outboard motor for hire. Riding 9 km.

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut. Die Schlaf Gelegenheiten sind wie beschrieben sehr niedrig. Die Küchenutensilien könnten sauberer sein. Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert. Da wir aber eh mal off grid sein wollten war das nicht ganz so schlimm. Die Sauna war top

Traumhaft an einem sehr sauberen idyllischen See gelegen. Schönes Interieur des Blockhauses. Komfortabel ausgestattet; die Küchenutensilien eher einfach, aber für 4 Personen sollte es genügen. Hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen!

So ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort. Alles war rundum perfekt. Das Hazs bietet viel Platz zum toben und spielen in absolut ruhiger und entspannter Lage. Die Grillhütte, der heiße Zuber und der eigene Strandabschnitt sind ein absolutes Highlight. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern vor Ort. Man muss natürlich am Steg und an der Treppe im Haus aufpassen, aber es war wirklich wunderschön und lohnt sich. Der Eigentümer wohnt in der Nähe und kümmert sich immer sofort um alles. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge

Traditional log cabin in the woods. Perfect for that getaway chill out holiday. Lots of outside space which unfortunately we were unable to enjoy as it rained constantly. Reasonably well equipped kitchen though could do with some decent sized glasses and some new plates. Sleeping arrangements are tight due to roof. Benefits of sauna and two barbecues. Plenty of wood and AC if you needed it. Needs a plug for the wash basin and sink! Owner was helpful and met us on site .

Wir haben als Familie (Kind 1,5 Jahre) ein paar schöne Tage verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Der Mond über dem See und der Sternenhimmel waren sagenhaft. Ein gemütliches und geräumiges Holzhaus mit einer großen Terrasse und einem See mit einem Steeg. Größere Personen müssen in der oberen Etage die köpfe etwas einziehen aufgrund der Schrägen und die Betten sind eher kleiner. Kinder haben hier viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu erkunden und zu spielen. Spaziergänge starten direkt vom Haus aus. Ein Boot steht zur Verfügung und Angeln ist möglich.

Schöner Urlaub im WinterPeter C.

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und ausreichend für 4 Erwachsene Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles hat gut funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Kamin und Sauna, heißer Zuber und Feuerstelle waren absolute Highlights. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn 2 Doppelbetten vorhanden gewesen wären, es war aber auch ok so. Auch ein bisschen mehr Stauraum für Kleidung wäre gut. Ansonsten ist die Hütte super schön und absolut empfehlenswert!

dieses Haus bietet Erholung pur,absolut alles voehanden was man braucht und auch sehr sauber,würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Was leider entäuschend war das man kein Motor für das Boot mieten kann so wie im Internet beschrieben also nur Ruderboot.Kein WLAN und auch kein deutschen TV Sender

This mökki is a very quite place, with a nice wooden sauna and close to the lake to go swimming or boating. The house is in a good shape and has everything that is needed. The nearest supermarket is ca. 15 minutes away by car. The host was always very helpful and easy to communicate with.
