Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 7 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the port. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Studio sympa, très calme, vue magnifique, très propre. Le petit moins : pas de four, pas de lave linge.

Les points positifs : belle vue , calme, appartement propre . Points negatifs : pas assez de vaisselles, mauvaise literie dans le canapé. Ce point avait été mentionné dans un avis en juillet 2023 et rien n'a été changé. Le matelas est déformé et tâché à plusieurs endroits. Il est donc difficile de passer un bon séjour quand on dort très mal la nuit.

L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé, calme et fonctionnel. Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la cuisine mais pour le reste tout était OK et propre. La terrasse donnant sur le canal amène un plus. Vraiment très agréable.
