Un endroit magnifique. Dommage que nous ayons dû demander à 3 reprises l’intervention d’Interhome pour que notre séjour se passe bien: 1) élagage de la végétation afin que nous puissions bénéficier de la terrasse et accéder au quai 2) enlever les moisissures de la douche 3) changer le mélangeur de la douche afin d’avoir de l’eau froide et de l’eau chaude. Par ailleurs, nous regrettons que le mobilier du séjour soit désuet et peu confortable. Enfin, l’écran TV est vraiment minuscule.

leider gab es eine Mißstimmung bei Abreise. cleaning inclusive - they charged us € 5o for a little bit of dust. our dog is a poodle - they dont loose hairs So we dont agree because of being punished for € 50 - we want that money back

Nous avions déjà loué cette location l'année dernière et donc sans surprise nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour . Cependant nous avions fait quelques remarques qui n' 'ont toujours pas été prises en compte par le propriétaire. 1/ la douche déborde toujours sur le palier et se repand en contre bas dans le salon. 2/le store extérieur du bas est déchiré et lorsqu'il pleut même un peu on est obligé de rentrer à l'intérieur 3/ Aucune clef pour ouvrir les portes extérieures

Location très bien située et très agréable. Peu de choses négatives et surtout qui n'empêchent pas de passer un bon séjour. Peut être prévoir des transats. Juste peut être compliqué pour des personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes aux jambes ou genoux car l accès aux terrasses est un peu haut.

nous avons eu quelques soucis - signalés et enregistrés par l'agence tres aimable. mais rien n'a été fait - volets roulants à réparer - manque de verres - salle de bains moisie que j'ai nettoyé à la javel et balai brosse - spots grillés - poussières non faites -ménage à revoir - on attend toujours un geste commercial ce bien est très bien agencé - dommage que personne ne vous accompagne pour la prise du logement et ne fasse un état des lieux en votre présence !!!!

Avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans un cadre superbe. Très calme au mois de septembre et proche des plages mais aussi très animés lorsque l'on va au centre-ville du grau du roi. la location était très bien située ,propre et bien aménagée. il faudra revoir l'écoulement de la douche car l'eau déborde ainsi que les stores déchirés..

Belles décorations pour cet appartement fonctionnel (2 chambres, sdb, WC à l'étage), dont le rdc donne sur une terrasse avec accès à un quai d'amarrage de bateau. Bien équipé, climatisation, lave-linge et sèche linge, endroit calme et reposant à 650 m de la plage. Un peu loin des commerces.
