Location Description Ile d'Oléron

L'Ile d'Oleron, 300 km long and 13 km wide, is the 2nd largest island in France. Well-known, family-friendly resort, 40 km from Rochefort, 65 km from La Rochelle, 40 km from Royan. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, museum, cinema. The island is reached from the mainland by car over a 3 km long viaduct. ,To visit: Fort Boyard, the Cite de l'Huitre and Fort Louvois, Hermione worksite in Rochefort sur Mer, La Rochelle aquarium, La Palmyre zoo, Royan world gardens all closeby. The famous Marais with birds and the Port des Salines on the Ile d'Oleron. Thalassotherapy situated in Saint Trojan Les Bains. 9 hole golf course, Par 36, slope 145 situated 8 km from Saint Pierre d'Oleron south of Boyardville. The La Cotiniere fishing harbour. Come and taste the Marennes-Oleron oysters.

Maison au calme avec un petit jardin et une terrasse, bien située (marché tous les matins à proximité, commerces à moins de 500 m, plage à 800 m). Le logement est correct hormis la colonne de douche qui est à revoir… Au niveau des équipements, le frigo est un peu petit et il y a peu de place pour stocker/ranger les denrées alimentaires dans la cuisine sinon c’est convenable. Un petit ventilateur d’appoint pourrait être utile. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison.

Maison sympathique avec jardin arboré et cloturé. La maison est très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. La terrasse extérieure a l arriere de la maison est un plus. Certes la porte arrière racle au sol mais franchement rien de très génant... Idem pour le pommeau de douche franchement je ne comprends pas l avis précédent. L echelle dans la salle de bain est suffisante pour tenir les serviettes. La propreté était au rendez vous. Le jardin est pas trop mal entretenu vu la météo actuelle.

salle d'eau : douche flexible fuit, support douchette branlant, porte frotte au sol, manque support serviettes, paillasson en jonc non hygiénique en décompositions sur le carrelage cuisine : manque filtre embout du robinet (éclaboussures), paillasson même problème que la salle d'eau non nettoyé (déchets) non hygiénique, placards non nettoyés ainsi que les tiroirs (détritus en dessous des couverts) couverts en vrac dans des boites en plastique sans couvercle, balai poils écrasés, voir agence.
