Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Modern residence "Résidence Cita di Sali". In the district of Vignola, on the outskirts, in a central position, 500 m from the sea, 8 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (16 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop, grocery 100 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 80 m, sandy beach "Santa Giulia" 8 km. Sports harbour 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Figari 22 km, Bonifacio 25 km, Solenzara 40 km, Iles Lavezzi. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.

Location Description Porto Vecchio

Old town with 12'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, 50 km from Solenzara, 25 km from Bonifacio. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema, attractions. The citadels are testimony to a past movement and the important role that the town played.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km from the resort. Bathing bay. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, river rafting. Golf course 18 hole in Sperone 28 km. Riding. Fishing. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Quelques soucis : fuite sous l'évier - rideau de douche assez vieux - faible pression sous la douche - code portail piétons indiqué erroné - pas moins de 4 télécommandes pour la TV ... et aucune notice ...). Le canapé installé dans le salon est hors d'âge depuis très longtemps, l'espèce de housse cache-misère ne peut pas camoufler l'inconfort de cet "équipement" à changer. Par contre, l'emplacement est parfait : 200m d'un supermarché et 400m du port de plaisance, des commerces et restaurants.

Retour dans cet appartement pour le 2nd été. Spacieux, bien placé, jolie vue. Cependant de multiples dysfonctionnements viennent ternir ces qualités: évier qui fuit, hotte hors service, spots qui clignotent, ampoules grillées, lampe de chevet cassée, porte penderie déraillé, douche bouchée, rideau de douche immonde ( non changé depuis 2023) , robinet se coupant tout seul). Cet appartement souffre d'un manque d'entretien et rien n'a été résolu en un an canapé et literie à revoir. Très dommage.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous nous venons dans cette résidence. L'emplacement est idéal, pour accéder à la vielle ville de Porto Vecchio. La piscine est très agréable. Le supermarché est tout proche. Cependant la résidence commence à vieillir, toute la peinture du balcon situé au dessous du notre cloquait.

Génial après avoir trouvé une plage très sympathique pas très loin on rentre et hop direction piscine pour encore profiter. L'appartement est incroyable les rangements, accessoires, literie enfin nous y serons bien rester et résidence calme et proche de toutes commodités surtout le port et les restaurants.

Une très bonne location dans cet appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Seuls petits bémols, le siphon de la douche qui n'evacue pas bien l'eau et l'ascenseur de la résidence HS. Je recommande pour un bon séjour en couple.
