For shared use: property with plants and trees, swimming pool fenced (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, children's playground. Heureux d'arriver mais aussi de repartir. Pro: La situation delà résidence avec sa piscine et son accès à la mer à 5 minutes de marche et l'acceuil de Thierry. Contra: La musique très forte jusqu'à 02h00 du matin en provenance d'un camping ou un bar de nuit à proximité, obligé de fermer la baie vitré alors qu'il faisait très bon dehors et manque de chance pour nous une couple dans le logement jouxtant le nôtre qui fumait comme des pompiers de 05h00 du matin jusqu'à 23 h00 sur la terrasse, donc nôtre logement était envahi de fumée et il nous était impossible de profiter de notre terrasse pour y manger.\nLa chasse d'eau des wc dans la résidence est bruyante au point de vous réveiller souvent.La literie est à revoir cainconfortable fortable\n\nBref, nous étions content de venir mais également de repartir car fatigué, c'est très dommage car la situation de cette résidence avec vue sur mer depuis les terrasses c'est superbe mais c'est tout....

Excellent accueil, très belle résidence avec piscine et très beau jardin et surtout une vue magnifique sur la baie de Saint Florent. Mer à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est un peu vétuste mais rien qui mérite de ne pas mettre la note maximale...
