The description of the flat is accurate even the bathroom should be a little bit renovated. The view is gorgeous but between the never ending traffic on the road and the airplanes arriving on Nice airport, it is quite difficult to enjoy breakfests or dinners on the balcony. The car park is a plus and the location closed to shops and places to visit.

Vista eccellente nulla da dire, casa molto pulita, però per 2.000€ per 10 giorni mi aspettavo l’aria condizionata perché essendo sulla Promenade era impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte per troppo rumore.

Badezimmer muss saniert werden, defekte Schränke,kaputte Waschbecken, dauerhaft verschmutzte Toilette, Boden und Wände verschmutzt, verschimmelt. Küche: Spüle in schlechtem Zustand,Wasserhahn, Abfluss defekt. Kochtöpfe z.T. in schlechtem Zustand. Wohnzimmer: bei Ankunft Rolladen an Terrassentür defekt,ließ sich nicht öffnen-wurde dann durch Monteure repariert. Ungemütliche Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers, nur ein Sofa, sehr kleiner Fernseher ohne deutsche Programme. Unkrautbewuchs auf Balkon

Wir waren zufrieden mit diesem Apartement. Allerdings war leider der angekündigte Vier-Platten-Herd defekt und durch eine Zwei-Kochplatte provisorisch ersetzt. Auch die Spülmaschine säuberte das Geschirr nicht korrekt. Das Sofa und das Bad hatten eindeutige Abnutzungsspuren.

Das Kochfeld wurde zwischenzeitlich repariert und die Spülmaschine entkalkt. Beides funktioniert einwandfrei.

Bei dieser Wohnung sind Ausstattungen aufgeführt, welche aber definitiv nicht zur „Ausstattungen“ gehören und zusätzlich bezahlt werden müssen. Sehr lärmige Wohnung:4 spurige Autostrasse & Flughafen. Grundsätzlich schön aber extrem lärmig. Auch keine Informationen in der Wohnung vorliegende Informationen über Aktivitäten, Märkte, Events etc. - nicht einmal einen Stadtplan.

Alloggio molto bello e ben attrezzato. Ristrutturato da poco, dotazioni cucina al top. Letto molto comodo e ampio. Posizione fantastica, al 6° piano fronte mare. Le giornate del ns. soggiorno sono state a tratti piovose e l'appartamento non è dotato di riscaldamento ma ci siamo aggiustati con la stufetta....

Der Standort der Unterkunft ist direkt an der belebten Küstenstraße (4-spurig) gelegen - dementsprechend ist es tagsüber und nachts sehr laut. Durch den Straßenlärm ist ein Verweilen auf dem Balkon nicht wirklich erholsam. Jedoch ist Nizza nicht weit entfernt für einen Ausflug (z. B. E-Scooter/ Leihräder über den gut ausgebauten ebenen Radweg) und auch die umliegenden Orte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen für Reisende, die einen günstigen Standort suchen zur Erkundung der Gegend.

Location très bien située. juste à traverser la route pour se trouver sur la plage. Résidence entourée de plusieurs commerces (restaurants, Bars etc....) mais pas de nuisances nocturnes. Appartement avec très belle vue sur la méditerranée. Résidence, sécurisée et place de parking. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
