Appartement lui-même était très bien superbe terrasse, il manquait juste dans cet appartement la machine à laver et le manque pour se garer au niveau des buissons à rayer toute la voiture, il manquait juste le langage

Pas propre, l’appartement est vétuste et manque d’un bon rafraîchissement. La climatisation est pas du tout efficace et dormir les fenêtres ouvertes c’est entendre le passage des voitures et motos toute la nuit qui passe à grande vitesse sur l’avenue juste en dessous. La literie est plutôt sale avec des auréoles etc… Certe le prix est intéressant mais la qualité n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous… Dommage l’emplacement aurait pu être intéressant. Passez votre chemin…

Appart super bien placé..à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Déco un peu vieillotte .. Mais bien .. Par contre la literie des lits superposés est à revoir!! Matelas complètement defoncés!!

L'appartement est bien situé mais très mal insonorisé dans une zone bruyante. L'intérieur est vétuste et pas entrenu. L'étendage de la terrasse en dit long.
