Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment courtyard side. Die Wohnung sieht hübsch aus! Leider ist es etwas anstrengend nach der Anreise mit vollem Gepäck den Schlüssel abholen zu müssen und auch wieder abzugeben. Direkt an der Wohnung wäre das kundenfreundlicher. Was aber wirklich stört, wenn man durchschlafen möchte, sind die lauten (jungen) Nachbarn: von 12 Nächten waren gerade mal vier "ruhig"; sonst zwischen 23:00 und 1:30 "Weckdienst". Überall ist Schmutz und Staub, inklusive Haare im Badezimmerschrank und in der Besteckschublade. Ekelig!

Très bonne location malgré un équipement réduit ou endommagé en fin de saison touristique. Cela étant, l'appartement fait partie des meilleures locations réservées à Nice où nous séjournons très régulièrement. Tout est quasiment accessible à pied, le parking Marshall à proximité est un plus

Had a nice 5 night stay here. The location is great, close to the old town and walking distance from the beach. The area is nice with many cafe's and a small supermarket just outside the port. Apartment was similar than it seems in the photos. We could've hoped for better cleanliness (there was some dust and dirt on the walls), but overall it was tidy. You can hear everything from the neighbours, so if you want a quiet place, i don't recommend this. Also not good for loud or jumpy kids.

A delightful apartment, located in an extremely good location being only 5 minutes walk to the old town and with a supermarket, ATM and tram station (Durandy - direct from airport) all literally on the doorstep. The two best bakeries in nice (La Niçoise and Carabacle Boulangeri on Rue Pastorelli) are also both under a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy and well appointed, and very secure. Will be staying here again!

Fijn apartement, maar de sleutels moeten 15min verderop opgehaald worden en dat kan alleen tussen 4 en 6 smiddags. Wij kwamen om 12u aan, gelukkig kon een medewerker ons even het kantoor binnenlaten zodat we in de tussentijd naar het strand konden. Een box met de sleutel erin of ruimere inchecktijden zou fijner zijn. Daarnaast sturen ze extreem veel berichten met informatie (ik heb zo'n 15 emails gehad van tevoren) en telkens het verzoek erin om zelf te controleren of alles klopt.

Nous étions logées à l’appartement 108, il est beaucoup plus joli en vrai qu’en photo. Appartement bien situé, dans une résidence calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus! Deux trois détails a revoir pour la propreté
