les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité de l'appartement. Les murs sont tâchés, présence de cloques au plafond (dégat des eaux ?), le sol, les rideaux , le canapé ont des tâches suspectes par endroit. Une odeur très désagréable est présente dans tout l'appartement, est-ce dû aux aérations qui ne sont pas nettoyées ? Toilettes cassées à l'arrivée et on nous demande de ne pas fermer un volet sous peine de le casser...

L'ensemble est correcte mais toute fois il faudrait refaire les joints de la baignoire et changer l'énorme vitre de la baignoire pour y accéder. Refaire également le papier peint car celui commence à ce décoller. Je n'ai pas été toute à fait alaise et conquise.
