Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, was aber auf Grund der wunderbaren Verglasung absolut kein lärmtechnisches Problem ist. Zudem hat man direkten Blick auf den Yacht-Hafen der Stadt und auf Grund der Meeresnähe eine konstante Brise, die den Aufenthalt am kleinen Balkon sehr angenehm macht. Der eingezäunte Parkplatz ist ein Traum. Die Lage optimal, da nahe an Bars, Geschäften und der Fußgängerzone. Leider hat die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage. Tatsächlich wäre diese klimatisch (wegen der konstanten Brise) auch nicht unbedingt nötig, leider liegt die Wohnung jedoch im ersten Stock über der Hauptstraße bzw. über einem gut besuchten Restaurant. Im August werden die Straßen in St. Maxime natürlich rege befahren und man hat die Wahl zwischen Stille ( Balkontür geschlossen), dafür schwitzt man sich in der Wohnung zu Tode und der Alternative Lärm/Abgase (=Balkontür offen), dafür schwitzt man nicht. Die Wohnung wäre unserer Meinung nach idealerweise für 2 Menschen geeignet. Maximal 3. Im Haus sind zwei gemütliche Betten und ein ziemlich kurzes, etwas ungünstig konzipiertes Schlafsofa, das tendenziell maximal für einen 1.50m großen, schlanken Menschen geeignet ist. Die Küche ist absolut optimal ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert vorzüglich. Die Nachbarn, die wir kennenlernen durften, waren absolut zauberhaft und ganz, ganz ruhig. Bettbezüge und Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir dies sowieso immer machen. Lift im Haus vorhanden, man kann aber locker - auch mit Einkäufen- die kurze Treppe nehmen. Der nächste Badestrand ist etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt mit feinem Kiesel. Leider war er wegen Verschmutzung (Yachthafen !) mehrere Tage geschlossen. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir sowieso woanders zum Baden fuhren. Genug tolle Strände sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur stehen immer hilfsbereit zur Seite, sind extrem höflich, freundlich und gut erreichbar. Fast alle sprechen fließend deutsch, was die Kommunikation deutlich einfacher macht, als mit meinem Schulfranzösisch:).

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé. La vaisselle est bien choisie et tout a été bien pensé. Le parking est parfait. Il manquerait juste un grand miroir.

Hat wieder alles reibungslos funktioniert. Kontakt zu dem Mitarbeitern der Vermietungsfirma hatten wir nicht. Schlüssel und Unterlagen waren im Tresor hinterlegt.

Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt und hat auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft hat auch einen gut funktionierenden Aufzug, was es für uns mit Hund einfacher gemacht hat. Einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt ist , dass durch die direkte Lage an der Straße eben auch mit etwas mehr Geräuschkulisse zu rechnen ist. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier genau richtig.

Surpris en bien par la découverte de ce joli appartement dans ancien immeuble rénové, au cœur de Ste-Maxime. Il est fonctionnel, bien équipé, et bien meublé, très propre. Literie correcte. Superbe vue sur la mer, très bien orienté. Balcon donnant sur le parking et la route de Ste-Maxime; donc ne convient pas aux personnes cherchant le calme absolu, mais bruit pas dérangeant du tout pour nous. Place de parc très pratique. On recommande.

Met de ligging direct aan de haven heb je een schitterend uitzicht en loopafstand tot centrum. De privé parkeerplaats achter het appartement maakt het extra comfortabel. Dit jaar zijn alle meubels en bedden vernieuwd. Badkamer en keuken is nog in oude staat. Er is geen airco aanwezig en mede door de liggen direct aan de doorgaande weg, is het in de nacht rumoerig wanneer je de ramen open houd voor wat verkoeling.

Appartement idéalement situé et tout confort !!! Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve… nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants. L’appartement est bien équipé, grand et chaleureux ! Nous étions à deux minutes du centre et en face du port ; idéal pour prendre les bateaux verts afin d’aller à St tropez. Je recommande cette location et interhome gère très bien les arrivés et départs avec le système de boîte aux lettres avec code.
