1-room terraced house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace, south-east facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

All houses in the residence have a fenced terrace residence "Les Cracks - Les As". In the resort, 1.6 km from the centre, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Marie Curie" 950 m, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, tennis 300 m, riding stable 15 km.

Location Description Lacanau

Situated in the middle of the Landes national park with its wild beach of 100 k m surrounded by forests and its lake of 200 hectares, busy, family-friendly bathing resort, 60 km north-west from Bordeaux, 80 km north from Arcachon. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, cinema.

Summer

In August, World surfing competition. 80 km of cycle routes. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis (21 outdoor courts, 2 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole in l'Ardilouse, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 1 - 2 km. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Cela fait la troisième fois que nous venons dans cette location de vacances Nous apprécions le calme l'emplacement et le fait que nous pouvons aller à pied dans le centre de Lacanau

Nous avons loué cette maison plusieurs fois. Elle est régulièrement entretenue et s’avère très agréable à vivre. Le quartier est calme tout en étant proche du centre. Une très belle expérience

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Les As (Familie mit 2 Kinder 10, 14 + Hund). Das einzige bei der Ankunft war, dass wir ganzes Häuschen nochmal staubsaugen und nass wischen mussten. Denn, wir vermuten, dass vor uns ein Hundi mit viel Haareverlust zu Besuch war. Das war aber nicht schlimm, alles hat sonst super gepasst. Die Lage war auch recht zentral, zu Empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Fahrrad.

Tout à fait correct, quelques tevaux ont été fait depuis la dernière fois fenetre, douche italienne. Par contre la literie pas au top. Peut être remplacer les plaques chauffantes par des plaques vitrocéramique

Lage sehr gut, ruhig zwischen pinien Ausstattung gut. Leider waren die Bettauflagen/Schoner schmutzig, Kissen und Decken sahen sehr gebraucht aus.

Jolie petite maison au coeur de la pinede Meline C.

Avons passe d 'agréables vacances au coeur de la pinède en étant proche de l'ocean. La maison est certes petite mais bien agencée et équipée. Le seul bémol ... les extérieurs de cette maison et le mobilier de jardin qui mériteraient d être mieux entretenus pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse .

Lacanau est une destination idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de l'océan La résidence les As est calme bien située Le logement que nous avons occupé est très correct, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons connu un épisode de grosse chaleur et nous aurions apprécié un ventilateur plafonnier au dessus du lit ou éventuellement une petite climatisation. A part cela, c'était parfait. Nous serions ravis de pouvoir revenir à Lacanau et louer par l'intermédiaire d'inter Home

Bien accueilli pour la remise des clés bien reposant et pour les amoureux de la bicyclette super entre océan et lacs c'est vraiment idéal dommage pour les commerçants avec le confinement mais nous avons pu nous organiser

lors de notre arrivée la maison était sale et une odeur désagréable s en dégageait ...le ménage n était pas fait c est certain!!!! méme la cafetiére n était pas nettoyée et le filtre contenait encore du café moisi....franchement déçue !!!

Im Vergleich mit anderen Wohnungen im Ort ist die Wohnung sehr gut in Schuss. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Alle Ziele im Ort (Golfplatz, Tennisplatz, Innenstadt, Strände) sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, die Anbindung an die Fahrrradwege ist gut. Der Zaun ist für den Urlaub mit Kind und Hund sehr praktisch.
