Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony or terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Child friendly, beautiful resort "Saint Loup", 2 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Cap d'Agde, 800 m from the sea. For shared use: property 4 ha with plants and trees, swimming pool heated (360 m2, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 26.Sep.). Children's pool, table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, shopping facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Sandy beach 800 m. Marina 1 km, tennis 300 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. Childminding in the season. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. Important information: deckchair rental (extra charge). 1 parking space per flat included in the rental price (additional parking space approx. € 55 per stay, on request).

Location Description Cap d'Agde

Family-friendly bathing resort. In the resort: shopping centre, boutiques, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. cots, high chairs etc at the Interhome local office (extra charge, according to availability, please ask at the time of booking).

Sandy beach, 14 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Pebble beach, 200 m long, steeply shelving. Bathing bay. Outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis (23 outdoor courts, 8 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Beach volleybally court. 16 km bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Leisure park. Bull-rings (different seasonal activities). The "Cap d'Agde" is known as the "Station Kid" because of the variety of activities on offer for children.

vaisselle au minimun pour 6 personnes , appartement propre; terrasse trop petite impossible de manger à 6 avec la table du balcon . le parking est loin de l'appartement et plusieurs entrées fermées dommage c'est un raccourci pour la plage .

Gut geführte Anlage,Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.Haben uns da wohl gefüllt.Gibts auch gute Lebensmittel Geschäft und Restaurant in der Anlage. Hafen und Strand in der Nähe.Wurden weiter empfehlen.

Pas de climatisation, beau jardin réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine. Complexe bien situé entre plage et centre ville animé. 15 min à pieds. 3500 euros les 2 semaines, cher…. Pour 40 m2 sans clim avec 39 deg ext.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr naturnah angelegt. In der Anlage kleiner Supermarkt mit sehr gutem Angebot. Poollandschaft gepflegt und sehr groß. Die Unterkünfte und das Inventar sind stark abgenutzt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Wir (alleinreisendes Paar Ü60) wurden, wie auch andere ältere kinderlose Paare, leider unmittelbar an dem Kinderspielplatz untergebracht...??? Ruhe gab es daher leider immer nur zwischen 22.00 abends und 07.00 morgens.

Mooie ligging, alles was er voor handen, winkel, brood, restaurant en heel fijn zwembad. Het was ook heel goed gelegen, dicht bij haven, centrum, markten en nog veel meer.

Het was een park met uitstraling, helaas nu slecht onderhouden , niet schoon, niet vriendelijk ( wel het supermarktje) . Appartement vergane glorie en bovendien vies en achterstallig onderhoud. Het internet was slecht, niet van deze tijd.

Sehr schön angelegte Anlage, sehr grün und gepflegt. Der Strand sowie der Hafen sind Fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Supermarkt direkt in der Anlage ist recht gut sortiert, hier gibt es sogar frisch gebackenes Baguette. Die Inneneinrichtung besteht noch aus den gleichen Möbeln wie vor 10 Jahren, ist somit ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Couch ist eine Zumutung. Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung.

L’appartement était dans un état de crasse à vomir, de la poussière partout, la vaisselle était tachée de nourriture, je déconseille vivement cet endroit ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix payé et les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.

Pool ist Top Nähe zum Strand und Stadt Top Unterkunft selbst ist Schrott Küche lächerlich Wc absoluter Schrott dreckig Bad noch schlimmer als dass wc Wohnung musste von uns selbst erst einmal gereinigt werden ( wir sind erst später angekommen und konnten keinen mehr an der Rezeption erreichen) großteils der Fliesen am Boden kaputt Überall dreckig Böden schränke Bad usw Rezeption alle super nett und hilfsbereit und absolut Top Abschließend möchte ich sagen besser Zelt mitnehmen
