"Nakara", 3-room terraced house 55 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Small sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Small, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

For shared use: property with plants and trees, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 26.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace. In the complex: reception, bistro, sauna (extra). Fitness room, steam room (extra). Washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 500 m, sandy beach "Rochelongue" 350 m. Marina 500 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. The photograph shows a typical example. Location Description Cap d'Agde

Family-friendly bathing resort. In the resort: shopping centre, boutiques, post office, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. cots, high chairs etc at the Interhome local office (extra charge, according to availability, please ask at the time of booking).

Sandy beach, 14 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Pebble beach, 200 m long, steeply shelving. Bathing bay. Outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis (23 outdoor courts, 8 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Beach volleybally court. 16 km bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Leisure park. Bull-rings (different seasonal activities). The "Cap d'Agde" is known as the "Station Kid" because of the variety of activities on offer for children.

Es war jetzt unser zweiter Urlaub in diesen Ferienhäusern und waren wieder sehr zufrieden dort. Die Lage der Anlage ist toll, das Personal überaus freundlich , die Häuser sauber und gut eingerichtet. Richtig gut fanden wir, dass die Betten bei der Ankunft bezogen waren, dies war letztes Jahr noch nicht der Fall . Wir sind so begeistert ,dass wir im Oktober wieder dort gebucht haben.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend gelegen. Alles war sauber , das Personal freundlich , die Anlage hatte einiges zu bieten ( Pool u.ä) . Die Unterkunft ist zwar für 8 Pers. deklariert , meines Erachtens ist sie ehr für max. 6 ausgelegt! Der Geschirrspüler war sehr sehr klein aber für 3 pers. ausreichend .

Ideal für Familien. Leider ist man auf dem Sitzplatz sehr ausgestellt. Gut wäre auch einen abschliesbaren Veloraum, dann müssten die Bikes nicht draussen am Sitzplatz angebunden werden.

Une maison parfaite avec la climatisation. Néanmoins, nous avions eu une petite terrasse où tous les passant nous regardaient. Gros point noir la piscine ou les règles ne sont pas respectés

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und wir haben unseren Urlaub und die Nähe zum Strand genossen. Auch unser Hund war wilkommen, was uns sehr wichtig war. Sehr gut war auch der beheizte Pool, so dass man auch im Oktober noch gut schwimmen konnte. Was uns allerdings gefehlt hat, war ein kleiner Backofen um Kleinigkeiten aufzubacken.

Kissen, Matrazen, Bettzeug,Gardinen waren schmutzig, ebenso waren die Ecken nicht vom Sand der Vorgänger gereinigt. Küche war sauber.

2 points négatifs : 8 personnes et seulement 6 chaises en interne et 6 fauteuil de jardin, ce logement n'est en fait conçu que pour 6 personnes et je ne parle pas de la minuscule "chambre" avec lits superposés qui peut, peut être convenir à 2 enfants mais certainement pas à 2 adultes. Le second point négatif : Tondre les pelouses un vendredi entre 11 et 13 heures !!!! ne serait il pas possible de le faire le samedi entre 10 et 16 heures, créneau pendant lequel les logements sont vides
