Very beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Jul. - 28.Aug.). In the complex: lift. Public parking extra. Shopping centre, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Montpellier" 25 km, sandy beach 20 m, indoor swimming pool 3.3 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Spa" 2.5 km. Sports harbour 1.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 3.6 km, sailing school 1 km, tennis 3.3 km, riding stable 1.4 km. Nearby attractions: Le Seaquarium du Grau Du Roi 10 km, Les Remparts d'Aigues Mortes 12 km, Les Saintes Maries de la Mer 40 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Access: motorway A 9, exit number 26. Railway station "Montpellier" 20 km. Bus connection.

L'appartement beaucoup de malfaçon avec un volet qui se bloque , obliger de dormir le volet ouvert pour ne pas se retrouver enfermer!L'acceuil de l'équipe Interhome est formidable ainsi que la vue et la piscine.

Je connais bien cette appart l'endroit est magnifique très grande piscine plage à côté mais l'appartement à fait son temps à rénover

Impossible d'y être à 3 comme prévu, inconfortable +++ Encombré de mobilier volumineux et affaires personnelles des propriétaires (photos de famille, bibelots, vêtements, linge utilisé). Meubles, housses de canapé, rideau usés, déchirés, tâchés. Casseroles hors d'usage. Lit superposé branlant, sans barrière fixe en haut. Chasse d'eau inefficace (se remplit à moitié), baignoire semi bouchée. Pas de place pour les valises. Table extérieure pour deux personnes max. Jardin, piscine, vue superbes.

La vue est tellement magnifique qu'elle en fait oublier l'appartement kitch et vieillot. Très calme et bercer par les vagues

Le plus de cette appartement est l’emplacement et la vue. L’appartement est lui vétuste couchages plomberie équipement de cuisine mobilier et décoration en crochet.... Tout est à refaire.

Lieu et vue exceptionnels, appartement vieillot MARIA S.

Excellent emplacement au couchant face à la mer avec chemin piéton au calme et proche des commerces. Appartement vieillot qui manque d'entretien avec des ustensiles insuffisants, mobilier peu pratique. La terrasse, la vue et la piscine relèvent le reste. Les lits superposés ne sont pas dans une chambre mais dans l'entrée. Malgré tout, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au calme.
