Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 81. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Narbonne-Plage

Narbonne-Plage with its magnificent white sandy beach is situated near the farmous Languedoc regional park "Massif de la Clape". Well known for its water sports. Family-friendly bathing resort, 80 km north from Perpignan, 165 km south-east from Toulouse, 105 km south from Montpellier. To visit: Narbonne and its historical monuments with the Halles dating from 1901, the cathedral and its treasures, the VIa Domitia. The Domaine de l'Hospitalet, 7 kms, in the La Clape mountains and ist 52 hectares of AOC vineyards coteaux du languedoc. The Clauses honey farm, in Montseret, as the honey is just as important as the wine in Aude.

Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "PIRAT PARK à Gruissan" 12 km. Nightly market in June, July and August. Numerous fish restaurants. Mountain bike and hiking trips in the Clape Mountain range. The heated swimming pool is situated in the "Eva Sport" centre which also has a gym.

Apart spacieux claire calme ventilateur plafond tres bien même si cela ne vaut pas une clim mais vétuste a rafraîchir volet de la baie vitrée a revoir pas pratique douche petite pas très propre car vue cafard et toile araignée sinon station très bien

La décoration de l'appartement était vieillote et rendait donc l'appartement assez sombre. Convient pour un groupe d'amis (nombre de couchage important) qui ne souhaite pas passer du temps a l'intérieur. Gros problème, un nb important insectes la nuit dans la sdb (30 a 40 pour environ 2m2). On se pose des questions sur l'hygiène. Dommage que les personnes de l'agence ne nous ai pas accompagné ou fait visiter la location. Il était pourtant a 200m.

Appartement avec les précédents locataires devant l'appartement à15h alors que leur départ devait être avant 10h. Appartement non nettoyé, cafards dans la salle de bain + oeufs dans le frigo, serpillère et tapis de sol des WC sale dans la machine à laver, chaise pleine de sable. Pas normal en crise. Appartement fermé la journée de la réservation donc odeur de renfermer. Accueil à l'agence froid et non compréhensif, aucun relationnel, non respect des gestes barrières. Nous ne réserverons plus ici
