Private: well-kept garden 600 m2 (fenced), parking (for 2 cars). Location Description Salles d'Aude

Small, cosy village with 2'200 inhabitants, in the countryside, 14 km north-east from Narbonne, 90 km from Montpellier, 20 km from Béziers. Festivities in July and August. Sights to see: Stone washtub, town hall bell-tower with 24-hour display, Pech-Celeyran castle with its 96 ha vineyards (Appellation La Clape, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc).

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km from the resort. Heated outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Hiking paths. Leisure park "Luna Park à Gruissan" 22 km.

Maison très agréable et calme. Manque juste un peu de nettoyage car barbecue pas nettoyé ni les chaises de dehors. Après pour 10 personnes manque un peu de casserole assez grande et le barbecue pas assez grand .

Das Haus war an sich Top. Gute Größe und Aufteilung. Doch bei Anreise nicht ganz sauber. Wir müssten erst einiges sauber machen. Vorallem die Küche. Und die Spülungen der Toilette im OG lief sehr schwach. Da konnte man kein großes Geschäft machen. Aber sonst war es super.

MAISON ANTOINEMONIQUE M.

La location était correcte, spacieuse propre, mais attention la vaisselle n'a pas toujours été lavée. La dimension des lits atypique, nous avions apporté des draps, largeur 200 cm, trop court, idem pour les lits en 90. Sur les photos on ne voit pas que dans les salles de bains il y a douche et baignoire, dommage car j'ai failli ne pas prendre la location pensant qu'il n'y avait pas de douche, très important pour notre groupe car une personne est handicapée.

Maison spacieuse mais vieillote Virginia B.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cette maison à 10 (4 adultes, 6 enfants). Points négatifs : la maison manque d'entretien. Cela peut s'avérer dangereux (meubles hauts de cuisine qui risquent de tomber, câble du grille-pain dénudé). La literie est à changer. Points positifs : Extérieur spacieux et agréable. Supermarché et pharmacie à proximité.

Maison sale qui sentait le renfermé et le moisi. Literie horrible, d'un autre temps avec des taches douteuses et meme pas d'alaises. Equipements en tres mauvais etat. File du grille pain dénudé tres dangereux. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Pas de couverts pour le petit dejeuné. L'agence a ete injoignable tout le sejour. Bref un conseil, ne vous faites pas arnaquer avec cette location, passez votre tour.
