Capbreton 1 km from Hossegor: Residence "Le Grand Pavois", built in 1984. In the resort, 1 km from the centre, 1 km from the sea, 2 km from the lake. In the complex: lift. Grocery, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop 350 m, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Capbreton

Well-known, family-friendly bathing resort with 6'700 inhabitants, in a busy position, 1 km from Hossegor, 5 km from Seignosse, 30 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, folklore evenings, museum, cinema. Fitness centre. Station separated from Hossegor and it's marine lake by the Bourret canal.*Possible to hire push chairs, cots, booster seats (extra, according to availability, to request at the time of booking) at the Interhome office.

lave linge en panne, télévision en panne, portes placard très difficiles à ouvrir, baignoire bouchée, pommeau de douche qui fuit... Cet appartement n'est pas entretenu. Seul point positif, il était propre !

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Suite à celui-ci, les portes du placard ont été réparés, et la télévision ainsi que le lave-linge ont été remplacés. La baignoire sera vérifiée par notre équipe locale dans les plus brefs délais. Nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée mais nous espérons que vous avez tout de même passé un bon séjour dans la région et que nous aurons la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau pour vos prochaines vacances.

cela demande un petit rafraichissement mobilier et déco, un peu vieillot, parking privé .appartement bien situé pour la vue. mais par contre insupportable avec les odeurs des restaurants, et extrèmement bruyant des clients des restaurants et du bar à bière. voir jusqu'à 1 h00 du matin. à revoir pour le ménage

Bel emplacement mais appartement resté dans son jus ( quelques prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, portes sous évier brinquebalantes, lit d'une autre époque ... ) Bouchon et casse-croûte trouvés sous le lit ( ménage fait ? , Il n'y avait pas de serpillère ! )

Bon rapport qualité prix, logement bien agencé, jolie vue, seul petit bémol :les odeurs de nourriture très désagréables provenant d'un restaurant d'en bas et aussi assez bruyant tard dans la nuit.
