Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

Nous sommes déçues car dans l'annonce, il n'était pas précisé que l'appartement se situait au 2ème étage de la résidence. La personne qui était avec moi a de très gros soucis de santé, a beaucoup de difficultés à faire des efforts, tels que monter les escaliers, ce qui nous a bien restreint dans nos sorties. D'autre part, le mini four ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait du café dans la bouilloire etc .... Nous demandons donc un dédommagement sur le prix de la location

Bonjour. L emplacement est idéal. Si l on met de côté les meubles vieillots et la robinetterie d un autre age, c est tres bien et propre. La vue dégagée est le gros plus de ce studio. Nous avons tres bien dormi dans le lit superposé.
