Location Description La Baule

Family-friendly bathing resort. Casino. 8 km of hiking paths through the floral rich countryside. Mild, invigorating climate particularly enjoyable in spring and autumn. Worth seeing in the area are Le Pouliguen also known as "La Petite Baie Blanche Bretone", the Le Croisic peninsula, former Corsican town with 5 km long spit as well as the salt town Guerande which is also an art and historical town. Not to miss: La Briere and the "Cote Sauvage".

Mariza ist eine aussergewöhnlich komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage in La Baule.

Top Wohnung in guter Lage. Zur Hochsaison wahrscheinlich zu laut. Aber nach den Ferien in Frankreich sehr gut. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Sowohl die Lage wie auch Ausstattung der Wohnung sind super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist goldwert.

Das Appartement liegt sehr günstig, 50 m vom Strand entfernt, den man auch per Seitenblick sehen kann. Zu der Innenstadt und guten Lokalen sind nur weinige Schritte. Durch den PKW-Stellplatz ist man unabhängig von der für andere nervigen Parkplatzsuche. Auf dem Balkon hat man nur relativ wenig Sonnenzeiten.

Pensons déjà à revenir, c'est vous dire! Pro: Son implantation géographique permet d'accéder très rapidement et à pied aux commerces du centre-ville ainsi qu'au Marchè . C'est vraiment génial! Contra: RAS!

Très bel appartement entièrement équipé situé à 50 mètres de la plage et de la rue principale du centre ville. Place de parking au sous-sol acceptant voiture large. Comme toute résidence en ville et bord de plage, ne pas s'attendre à un calme absolu, mais appartement équipé de fenêtres doubles avec double vitrage. Location que je recommande vivement.

Appartement très bien placé, à la fois près de la rue commerçante de La Baule et à 20 m de la plage, avec tout le confort nécessaire, y compris une place de parking en sous-sol. Fonctionnel et très propre. Excellent accueil de la personne en charge de la réception.
