Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

La situation est excellente (la mer est à 30 mètres), l'arrivée (un dimanche soir) très facile, le studio est très confortable, lumineux, bien équipé et la terrasse très appréciable. La chambre en sous sol n'est pas un problème. Un bémol : la litterie pourrait être plus confortable Et une remarque : il manque un barbecue et un parasol pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse.

La pièce de vie était agréable, malgré une plaque de cuisson défectueuse. Et un ménage imparfaitement exécuté . Par contre la chambre au sous sol sentait tres très fort l’humidité, (cf mon mail ) envoyé avant mon arrivée.le déshumidificateur était rempli d’eau et il m’a été impossible de me défaire de l’odeur d’humidité à tel point que j’ai dormi au rez de chaussée .

kleines nettes Appartment, strandnähe in 1 Minute erreichbar, wunderschöner Strand, viele nette Resturant in der Nähe sowie Bäcker, Vorteil mit Terrasse, Terassenmöbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Schlafzimmer befindet sich Souterrain mit 2 Lichtschachtfenster, wegen Sandsteingebäude (Sandstein benötigt immer etwas Feuchtigkeit) muffelt Schlafzimmer (riecht feucht, da unter der Erde), kleinere Reparaturen notwendig und mehr liebe zum Detail bei der Endreinigung wäre zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr nett, für zwei Personen gerade groß genug. Nur leider war es im Schlafzimmer, das im Keller liegt, sehr feucht, sodass permanent ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch da war.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Carnac close to the beach, the supermarket and town centre. It should be noted the main bedroom is downstairs so if you have mobility issues you may want to consider hits. Otherwise highly recommended.

Leuk appartement voor twee personen, vlakbij het mooie strand van carnac plage, schoon en simpel. Niet geschikt voor ouderen , te veel trapjes. Wij waren er zeer tevreden mee!

An excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes to the town (walking). The apartment IS a little small but has everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Instant hot water at any time. Nice patio to sit out in. Be aware the bedroom is downstairs in the basement. There were issues with wi-fi which may affect you if you need to do business while there. Interhome were kind enough to provide us with travel wi-fi which helped a little. Ideal for two people.
