Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

On a aimé la modernité de la maison et ses espaces de vie. 2 belles chambres et volets partout. On a moins aimé la vue sur un carrefour et se circulation et le fait que ce ne soit pas clôturé, compliqué avec un chien. Il manque aussi un fauteuil. Le canapé 3 places c un peu juste. Le fait que la maison soit a distance de marche de la mer et ses promenades est un plus certain. La côte sauvage est magnifique. Il y a 3 restaurants et une superette tout près.

Maison moderne et avec deux belles chambres. Volets partout. Super localisation près de la mer avec de belles promenades. Portivy est authentique et calme. Superette tout à coté. Attention jardin non cloturé (important si petits enfants et chien). Et petit bémol sur la localisation donnant sur un carrefour (impact la vue et le bruit).
