Joli petit appartement au rez-de-chaussée bien équipé avec un beau terrain et une vue magnifique sur l’aiguille du Midi et le Mont-Blanc. Le quartier est très tranquille, et il y a un arrêt de train à proximité. Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par la personne qui occupe le premier étage Elle était très discrète. Assez proche du centre-ville. Il manque juste un salon de jardin, afin de profiter de l’extérieur.

Logement idéalement situé au calme. Pas besoin de voiture. Propre et bien équipé. Grand jardin pour le chien. Et vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc. Nous avons pu déjeuner sur la terrasse toute la semaine . Nous reviendrons. À recommander.

Location très bien située car région bien pourvue en bus et train (voiture non utilisée la semaine). Apparemment agréable pour 4 personnes.

Appartement bien placé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville , vue exceptionnelle sur le mont Blanc grand parc impec pour le chien. Manque un lave vaisselle, ventilation salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas, et à la place du propriétaire je changerai la gazinière je prendrai feux gaz mais four électrique .sinon très satisfait de notre semaine .

Sono cinque anni che ritorniamo regolarmente e rimaniamo sempre estremamente soddisfatti . Quest'anno abbiamo avuto anche la sorpresa del bagno rifatto a nuovo . Naturalmente torneremo anche l'anno prossimo Complimenti sia all'Agenzia che alla Proprietà.

Par contre, nous avons du laver les assiettes, les verres ainsi que la bouilloire et la cafetière électrique (toute encrassée) avant de pouvoir d'en servir. Le ménage général nous a semblé un peu limite (sols) . A part cela,la literie est très bien et nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette très belle région.

Torniamo ogni estate con gioia e ci troviamo sempre meglio. La casa ha tutti i comfort, è attrezzatissima ed è piacevole sia all’interno che nel giardino con la sua stupenda vista sul Monte Bianco. La posizione rispetto al centro di Chamonix è a soli 10 minuti a piedi e e le persone di riferimento sono sempre disponibili e cortesi. Torneremo anche l’anno prossimo

Appartement très bien situé avec tout le confort pour 4 personnes, spacieux, propre et pratique dont le jardin offre une vue extraordinaire sur toute la chaîne du Mont Blanc. On est sous l'Aiguille du Midi et on peut passer des heures dans les chaises longues du jardin à profiter du cadre exceptionnel. L'appartement lui même est plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. A noter qu'il y a un vrai frigo après partie congélateur. Des conditions de séjour idéales.
