Sleeping alcove with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 2 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony. View of the mountains and the ski run. Please note: smoke alarm. This property is situated in building A. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

1'300 - 2'400 m a.s.l. >>Small, quiet mountain village, summer holiday resort and winter sports resort, 8 km from St Jean Maurienne, 90 km south-east from Chambery, 10 km from La Toussuire. In the resort: restaurant, bar. On site: hire of ski packs, bread warehouse. In St Jean de Maurienne: all shops, cinema, bank, doctors.

Summer

Natural mountain in the heart of the great Alpine passes, the station Bottières may be the starting point for many cyclists climbing the footsteps of the famous riders of the Tour de France. Tennis. Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Mountain bike routes. Playground and picnic, lake fishing (charge card) and tasting of local typical products, our exhibitions and traditional festivals of the village. Car recommended.

Winter

Family-friendly, the Bottières (12 km of slopes) but are part of the general ski-region des Sybelles. Total 310 km ski runs. Ski school. Toboggan runs.

Convenient appartment with sunny south facing balcony and attractive alpine nature around. The pictures on the website do not fully reflect the condition of the apartment. Seat covers, balcony door and parts of the bathrom are not in best shape anymore. The apartment would definetly benefit from some minor repairs. Theres also no furniture for the balcony.

Woning is prijs/ kwaliteit goed. Voor twee personen ideaal maar om er vier personen te laten overnachten is wel heel optimistisch. In de beschrijving was een oven en combimagnetron belooft en aangezien er geen winkel in het dorpje was waren onze boodschappen daarop voorzien ( enkel microgolfoven aanwezig). Geen probleem als je dat vooraf weet.

Il faut changer un radiateur près du lit qui fait du bruit, la nuit c'est gênant. La porte-fenêtre ferme très mal.. A part cela, appartement correct.

Manque de vaisselle et aucune poêle et casserole. Niveau literie manque de protection jetable sur les literie.

Cet appartement est sympathique et fonctionnel, dans l'entrée deux lits simples superposés puis dans le salon/cuisine un deuxième lit double traditionnel. Petit mais très fonctionnel pour 4. Rangements dans l'entrée, rangement sous les lits superposés et commode sous la télé. A 15 minutes de la Toussuire et 15 minutes de Saint Jean de Maurienne.

Fijn appartement. Mooi ingericht met goede grote keuken. Prettig is dat er een vast 2 persoonsbed inzet (dus geen gedoe met slaapbanken). Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van de skilift. Enige nadeel is dat er niet altijd genoeg sneeuw ligt en dat je dan met de skibus of auto naar Toussuire moet. Gelukkig een klein stukje van ongeveer 15 minuten. Voor de 4G liefhebbers, het is geen internet en de 4G kan met sneeuwval tegenvallen.
