Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 511 (roofed). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Genuine ski-in and ski-out (with a short climb up the bank behind the apartment). 5 minute walk to the shops (the lower Sherpa is closer but smaller). Skiset shop (highly recommended) and pizzeria in the same block. Good boulangerie opposite, Clean but not spotless, and adequately equipped. It would be cosy for 6 adults but manageable. The people in the apartment above were noisy - like they were wearing tap-dancing shoes, but maybe we were just unlucky. Would happily stay there again.

Ski in and out, close to restaurants and shops. Clean fresh rooms and Furnishings, just enough and space for our own kit and gear. Car parking perfect and close by.
