Spacious, fully renovated, tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with sliding door with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm), TV and flat screen. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nesspresso) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Balcony, south facing position and, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Dry and heated shoes of the electric ski.

Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre 50 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 15 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 20 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m. Nearby attractions: Funiculaire de la Grande Motte -en ski 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

1- Wrong room given though a pre-check in was made in advance 2- Extra towels paid for in advance, were not provided 3- No soap, toilet paper, etc. were available in the room, though they should been available as per room description 4- Awful wifi connection 5- Dirty kitchen accessories (plates, cutleries, etc. not clean) 6- Terrible sleeping conditions (awful pillow, bad mattress) The only good thing about Prariond is its location on the slopes, but still, the quality VS price is terrible.

Cet appartement serait parfait si la chambre n'était pas divisée en 2 pour avoir une partie "cabine" avec 2 lits superposés qui commande la chambre, tellement petite qu'il est impossible de poser un pied de part et d'autre du lit... Qui plus est, il y a un trou dans la cloison! Literie et oreillers médiocres. Le wifi ne fonctionne quasiment pas. Une poussière ABOMINABLE à note arrivée. Tout le reste est très bien.

Très bien situé, départ ski au pied, décoration très chaleureuse. Appartement bien équipé, chambres un peu petite et manque un peu de propreté sur les alaises des lits. Salle de bain très bien, malgré une fenêtre pas très intimiste avec la vue sur les immeubles d'en face. Wifi pas top.

Nice flat and location but poorly managed. Parts were really dirty and it took two requests to get the cleaners back. Thick with dust and hair. Bed linen was old and stained. Some saucepans were dirty and greasy. Yuk. Lights didn’t work properly l. Nor wi fi - apparently this was as lacked boosters but only info about this in the departure details. Even the clock had broken. Disappointing frankly.
