Small balcony, south facing position. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Appartement très bien situé proche des pistes, restaurants et magasins. Équipements satisfaisants mais le canapé lit était très limite niveau confort. On a eu du mal à l'ouvrir et le sommier était abîmé. 2 adultes ont mal dormi. La porte de la douche ne ferme pas non plus.

Het appartementencomplex was voor iedereen toegankelijk, omdat de centrale sleutel (tec) kapot was. Het stonk dasrim enorm naar pis bij de liften. De lift werkte trouwens ook vaak niet. Het appartement was weg slecht onderhouden: deur badkamer viel bijna uit de muur, kastje badkamer was kapot, stopcontacten hingen los aan de muur, electriciteitsdraden waren overal zichtbaar, plinten los, keukenkastje stond op instorten. WiFi deed het niet. De "skilockers " stonden op instorten en niet op slot.

Un appartement bien situé, plutôt spacieux. Un balcon pratique pour ranger les skis en rentrant des pistes. Quelques bémols : 1. l’aménagement qui pourrait être amélioré à faible coût. On sent que ce n’est pas un appartement occupé par les propriétaires. 2. L’escalier-échelle très dangereux pour monter et surtout descendre de la mezzanine 3. Résidence vieillissante avec des communs nauséabonds par endroit à cause de crottes dans les couloirs. Ne peut pas être loué + cher.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a nice winter holiday in Tignes without breaking the bank. The two levels (living room/kitchen on ground floor plus bed room on second) of the apartment ensure you have plenty of space. The location is excellent, close to a chair lift and close to the stores and restaurants. The service beforehand (booking bed linen en towels) as well as during check in and out was very pleasant.

L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre de la station, au pied des pistes, mais la porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon laisse franchement passer les courants d'air et ferme mal, nous avons dû colmater avec de la mousse et fermer le rideau. La chambre en mezzanine est très agréable avec une fenêtre, on tient debout. La résidence n'était pas bien entretenue, est-ce parce que ce n'était pas la haute saison...? Ascenseur et lumières de la cage d'escalier en panne, pas réparés de la semaine.

L'appartement est bien placé au cœur de Val Claret. La résidence est assez vétuste, l'ascenseur semble avoir définitivement pris sa retraite. L'appartement en soi est conforme aux attentes, mais mériterait un bon rafraichissement. Attention notamment à l'électricité, vous risquez votre vie... Le nettoyage des vitres a dû être fait au siècle dernier, mais l'ensemble est propre. Finalement un rapport qualité/prix correct.

L'appartement était propre. On voit qu'il a été rénové mais malheureusement cela cache la misère... prises et interrupteurs mal fixés, 1 chaise cassée, jour autour des fenêtres, 3 chaines uniquement qui fonctionnent sur la TV (6,7 et 8) et pour finir ascenseur en panne sur la fin du séjour !
