Well-known holiday resort with 100 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 17 km from Wismar, 40 km from Kühlungsborn, 44 km from Bad Doberan. All shops, restaurants etc. 5 - 20 km. Sights Heimatmuseum Kirchdorf, Inselkirche Kirchdorf, Schaugarten Malchow. Schwerin 48 km. Rostock 72 km. Lübeck 86 km. Gollwitz is the northeastern town on the island of Poel, famous for the bird sanctuary island Langenwerder, the oldest bird sanctuary in Germany. The nearby salt marshes and the beautiful Baltic Sea with the cliffs on the north coast ensure a unique island experience: pure nature. Gollwitz also has a family beach, shallow water and a good range of recreational opportunities.

Wir waren im Haus 4 Whg 23 untergebracht. Es war okay und alles hat soweit funktioniert. Was uns allerdings am meisten gestört hat , war diese "Finsternis" . Egal ob morgens um 8 oder nachmittags um 15 Uhr , man musste immer das Licht einschalten. Desweiter gilt das Rauchverbot wahrscheinlich nicht überall. Sehr störend , wenn man bei offener Balkontür schläft und dann vom Qual der Rauchenden nebenan oder unterhalb geweckt wird. Die Fotos der Anlage stammen wahrscheinlich aus der Eröffnungszeit.

1. Beim Betreten der Wohnung hat man das Gefühl eine Höhle zu betreten (KEIN ausrreichendes Tageslicht auf Grund der Büsche und Bäume vor den Fenstern! 2. Sauberkeit der Küche lässt bei Geschirr und speziell bei der Dunstabzugshaube sehr zu wünschen übrig (Fettflusen hängen herab) 3. Schlafzimmer: kl. Schrank nur für U-wäsche u. Strümpfe verwendbar gr. Schrank KEINE Fächer für die Wäsche - nur 10 Kleiderbügel Dafür den Besen & Staubsauger in der Ecke - ohne Vorhang!!! 4. Balkon = desolat

Sauberkeit unzureichend (Zimmer, Fenster, Balkon und dessen Mobilar) trotz lüften hat es in der Unterkunft unangenehm gerochen (Schimmel?) Abzughaube Küche und Sockel Küche reparaturbedürftig Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen Plastikmöbel für den Balkon sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß, die Bodenplatten des Balkons lagen krumm und schief sowie zum Teil locker...

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein normaler Standard nur der Aussenbereich bzw Spielplatz für die Kinder ist in einen nicht so guten Zustand .. Weiterempfehlend für Paare ohne Kinder ja mit Kindern Nein . WLAN wurde im Laufe des Urlaubs eingerichtet vom Hausmeister ..

Die Ferienanlage ist in einer ruhigen Lage und man kann sich dort gut erholen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und das Inventar ist ausreichend. Die Balkonfliesen sind Stolperfallen, da sie nur lose verlegt sind. Hier könnte man noch nachbessern.

Unterkunft war bei Anreise sehr verschmutzt, Essensreste des Vorgängers in Kühlschrank und Backofen. Spülmaschine war verschimmelt. Decken und Kissen für 2 Personen, auf Anfrage wurde gereinigt und eine Decke gebracht die schmutzig und mit flecken versehen war. Die ganze Wohnung hat nach nassem Hund gestunken. Das Wasser war beim duschen entweder kalt oder kochend heiß. Keinerlei Internetempfang....absolut nicht zu empfehlen....wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Für 100 Euro am Tag .....

Der Standort war super, kurzer Fußweg und wir waren direkt Meer. Das Gelände war gepflegt und für Kinder optimal. Leider haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen in der Wohnung. Die Kissen waren eine Zumutung, jeden morgen sind wir mit Kopfschmerzen aufgewacht. Die Wohnung war für bis zu 4 Personen deklariert, leider waren nur für 2 Personen Decken und Kissen vorhanden. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas total schiefgelaufen, was die Ankunft erschwert hat

Die Sauberkeit von unserer fewo ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig . Angefangen vom Treppenhaus, Badezimmer, Bettdecken die flecken, .flecken und Haare vom Vorgänger hatten . Kissen war aufgerissen, das dazu gebuchte Kinderbett roch modrig . Ansonsten ist der Strand dort sehr schön gewesen und der Hausmeister der fewo war auch sehr nett .

Die Wohnung ist gut beschrieben und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ebenso beschaulich ist der Ort als auch der Strandabschnitt. Einziger Mangel ist die fehlende Internet Verbindung, die jedoch für die Wohnung auch nicht ausgelobt wird. Der Ort wird derzeit gerade an das „schnelle“ Internet angeschlossen, sodass dies hoffentlich bald der Vergangenheit angehört.
