Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Gas heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Beach approx. 300 m. Bedroom with box spring beds (please note if you bring your own bed linen).

In the complex: reception. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop "Unter den Kiefern" 50 m, grass beach 350 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 15 km. Nearby attractions: Müritznationalpark 25 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The houses are located 100-350 m from the beach, depending on the location.

Well-known health resort with 21'100 inhabitants on the lake, 23 km from Röbel, 37 km from Rechlin, 45 km from Mirow. Güstrow 60 km. Rostock 95 km. Berlin 155 km. Waren is the main town on the northern tip of the lake, other popular and well-visited holiday resorts are Röbel, Rechlin, Granzow (Granzower See) and Mirow (Mirower See). The Müritz, the 'Mecklenburg Sea', is the most well-known lake in the Mecklenburg Lake District. With its flat banks and the Kölpin, Fleesen and Plauer See lakes connected by canals, the Müritz offers an unusually extensive area for swimming, fishing and all kinds of water sports.

Das angegebene Ferienhaus stellte sich als Ferienwohnung heraus auf den ersten Blick war alles schön auf den zweiten Blick müsste besser geputzt werden[man hätte die Reinigungsfirma nochmal bestellen müssen aber wir hatten Urlaub da möchte man seine Ruhe haben und wir haben selber geputzt] Die Kissen müssten entsorgt werden da man nicht drauf schlafen konnte ,weil sie viel zu dünn waren. Da unsere Ferienwohnung im OG war ,wären Rollos an der Tür ,im Bad und in der Wohnstube besser.

Nichts besonders nennenswertes hat uns an der Unterkunft gefallen. Leider war unser Haus von außen nicht besonders gepflegt. Soll heißen, das Geländer und Treppen bräuchten eine Generalüberholung z. B.: Im Anstrich oder auch an einigen Stellen ist das Holz reparaturwürdig. Leider hatten wir auf unserer oberen Ebene viel Fledermauskot. Innenräume waren soweit ok. Generell war es sauber aber nicht wie zu Hause. Stühle hätten ausgetauscht gehört, da Kunstleder abgenutzt. Sonst war alles da.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Da wir an einem Feiertag angereist sind, hatten wir neben der ersten Verpflegung auch Sachen für die Küche dabei...unnötig, denn es war alles da, bishin zu den Spültabs. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit, unterstützen jederzeit und finden immer eine Lösung. Der Ferienpark ist jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Wir waren Anfang Oktober, also außerhalb der Hauptsaison, unterwegs. Für die Jahreszeit waren mehr Ziele (Restaurants, Fischräuchereien, sonstige Ausflugsziele) offen als erwartet.Die Unterkunft selbst war einfach genial, auch die Anbindung Richtung Rezeption / Café hat sehr gut gepasst. Für nächstes Jahr ist die Unterkunft zumindest in der engeren Auswahl, je nachdem, was Corona uns erlauben wird.

Unsere Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen,hier und da wären noch ein paar Verbesserungen die man wie ich meine vor Ort klären könnte. Schön haben wir auch empfunden,das es früh Brötchen in der Rezeption zu kaufen gab, um so lange Laufwege zu vermeiden.
